Hi, just joined. Currently using a breast pump,black cohosh, saw palmetto, and breast actives cream.
The pump I am using is one of the cheap ones from china slightly motifided.
Been pumping a a little over a month now, started with nothing but a flat chest, now I am a A cup( B cup if you include the swelling after pumping) but the biggest change seems to be my nipples which are a half inch bigger , puffy and sore. I use Bag Balm on them after puming , it helps a lot. I pump 2-3 times a day for 45minutes to an hour once in the morning, once at mid-afternoon , and right before I go to bed.
