*first month*
PM 500mg per day
PM cream (massage 1-2 times a day.. I'm a busy person)
No cycling
*second month*
PM 1000mg per day (follicular-ovulation)
PM 500mg per day (luteal)
PM cream as usual
*third month*
PM 1000mg per day (follicular-ovulation)
No PM during luteal phase
PM cream as usual
*fourth month*
PM 1000mg per day (follicular-ovulation)
No PM during luteal phase
PM cream as usual
Planning to introduce progesterone products

Aim/Reason:
1) Many relatives on my maternal side got ovary problems so I don't want to make drastic changes on my hormone.
2) 500mg without cycling: let my body get used to PM
3) 1000mg and cycling: see if taking PM during luteal phase is good or not
Progress:
Starting: Apr 2013 32C(left) 32D(right) very boney chest
Currently: May 2013 32D(left) 32D(right) still very boney chest
I do think massaging works as my breasts look quite even now=)
No menstrual pain even though I didn't cycle it.
The problem is, my upper chest is super boney (you can see bone imprints on my chest!!!) so even though I'm a full 32D my cleavage isn't that obvious=(
I am the kind of person who can eat an elephant without gaining a single pound.
I don't wanna gain weight though. I wanna maintain my anime-girl-like figure.
Any advice?
