Are milk thistle n progesterone the same thing??? Cuz I read before that You should use progesterone or milk thistle before u take breast herbs to cleanse you or something...
anythoughts if there the same or not??? thanks x)

Uhm. Wow. Definitely not the same thing! And progesterone is NOT a cleanse.
Progesterone is occasionally necessary alongside or instead of estrogenic compounds depending on your personal hormone levels...
Milk thistle is a cleansing herb that some people use when changing programs.
If you've never messed with anything before now you don't need milk thistle for sure.
