Successful NBE Programs

#1

This is my own personal "hall of fame" list of successful booby growers and the programs they followed. Now time for the disclaimers Tongue

This is NOT intended to be a complete list of everyone who has ever successfully grown using NBE (For all you newbies, that stands for Natural Breast Enhancement). This is only a list of those people who I'm personally aware of and who happen to fit the set of arbitrary (but very strict) standards that I've chosen to use for this list. Obviously, this list also doesn't include people who I'm not aware of, or people who have probably had legitimate growth but who's stats fall just outside my minimum standards. Keep in mind that I'm not claiming that this thread will be the ultimate gold standard list of all successful NBE programs. There are bound to be other issues with this list that I haven't even anticipated, and I hope other experienced NBE-ers will make there own attempts at similar lists, using different standards, focusing on different aspects, or aimed at different groups of people. I sincerely hope that no one will be offended that their program was not included on this list. Please don't take this to be anything more than my personal, pet project, but I hope it will still be a useful reference.

Please don't post to this thread. If you really must let me know something, or you think something needs to be added, changed or corrected, please PM me. I normally don't mind anyone posting anything to my threads, even if their comments are way off topic, but this thread will quickly become very long, confusing, and difficult to reference unless it's kept carefully organized. If possible, I plan to be the only one to post to this thread. If you'd like to start your own completely different success stories thread, you're obviously free to do so.

The rules for inclusion on this list:

They must have been over the age of 21 at the time that they grew. If a woman grew one cup size at the age of 21, and then grew two cup sizes at the age of 22, I'd still be willing to include her on this list, but I'd only mention the growth she gained after the age of 21. Of course, I'm trying to rule out puberty as a cause of growth. There are a lot of girls that finish puberty much earlier than 21, but unfortunately, it would be too hard to differentiate between them, so I have to exclude them all unless I get additional info directly from the OP. I might be willing to make an exception and include some women who are between the ages of 18 and 21, but ONLY if they PM me personally and let me know at what age they first experienced menarche (their first period). I realize that this is very personal information, but I do need to know. If in my opinion, it's been a long enough period of time since they started puberty, and it seems very unlikely that they were still in puberty at the time that they started their program, I might choose to include them on this list.

They must be genetically female. I do think that there should be a thread like this for biological males, but it should probably be separate for the sake of clarity, and I'm not really qualified to write it. (Maybe someone who is qualified will be willing to take up the job? Wink )

They must have claimed at least two cup sizes of growth. This rule is admittedly completely arbitrary, but I think it's necessary to establish a minimum amount.

They must have posted a beginning and ending bra size and not just their measurements. It's far too easy to measure incorrectly, and anyone who's ever attempted to use a bra size calculator knows that measurements and bra size don't always correlate perfectly.

They absolutely must have posted a beginning and ending weight. Lots of people post a starting weight at the beginning of their thread but then never update their weight again. I can't afford to assume that someone hasn't gained weight just because their weight hasn't been updated. This relates directly to the next rule.

They must not have gained more than 5 lbs of weight for every cup size grown. In my opinion, this is the most important rule, and I have no choice but to be extremely strict about it. This rule is bound to exclude some people who's programs actually contributed to their growth, even though some of their growth was from weight gain, but I'd still rather be too strict than be too loose in this case. Just to be clear, I don't mind at all if someone has gained a large amount of weight over the course of their program as long as they have not gained more than 5 lbs per cup size grown. There are plenty of people on this site who were underweight and who intentionally gained weight in order to have enough body fat for NBE, and a few people who gained weight accidentally, but it's irrelevant to me whether their weight gain was intentional or not. It also doesn't matter whether they gained mostly muscle or mostly fat. All that matters for the purposes of this list is that they did not gain more than 5 lbs per cup size. I can not emphasize that enough.

They must have retained at least part of their growth for at least one month during which they were not doing any form of NBE. During that time they can not have taken any hormonal supplements, used birth control, used a breast pump, or done breast massages. They could have taken a one month break during the middle of their program during which they retained at least part of their growth, or they could have returned a month or more after finishing their program to say that they retained their growth. I just need some sort of evidence that some growth was retained for at least a month. It doesn't matter if they lost some growth, or even a lot of growth, just as long as, by the end of the month, they retained a larger size than what they started with, and more than can be explained by weight gain alone. I should mention that it's possible that certain programs require ongoing maintenance to maintain growth, but for the sake of simplicity, I won't be including those programs here.

I haven't actually created the list yet, but I'm working on it. I have a few programs in mind, which I'll be outlining and making absolutely sure that they actually meet these standards. I'll add them as soon as possible Big Grin I'll try to include a really thorough summary of each, along with a link to the original thread, and possibly a link to their picture page, if they have one.

I hope you ladies will PM me plenty of suggestions for program threads to include on this list. Please make sure to include a link to the program at the very least. Even if you're not sure whether a program follows the rules, please suggest it to me anyway and I'll try to figure it out for myself. I'd also be willing to include program threads from other sites, like BE Board (which is now basically defunct), or individual NBE blogs. I might even be willing to post programs from the forums of NBE product brands, as long as you manage to convince me that it's not biased or an outright fabrication. Thanks so much! I really need the help, otherwise this thread will be very short.

I just want to make one more call for submissions by PM. I haven't actually received any submissions yet. By "submissions" I just mean suggestions. You don't even have to do any of the research yourself. You don't have to have any idea whether they fit my rules or not. I just want some suggestions for people that seem successful and that might be worth looking into. Basically, I'm just looking for leads. I have about a dozen people in mind as possible additions to this list, but I'm still looking into the details. Probably very few will make it through all my filters. By far the biggest issue I'm having is a lack of posted info about their weights.

I had my doubts about whether I am being too strict about weight, and I imagine that a lot of you probably do as well, but I looked into it a bit further and my original suspicions were confirmed. For anyone who might be thinking that it's unfair to eliminate anyone who gained more than 5 lbs per cup size, check out the blog link at the bottom of this post. It's a women explaining that she tends to gain an entire cup size for every 3 lbs of total body weight gained. I should warn you though, this blog's author appears to be mildly anorexic, and she wrote this post hoping to get tips on how to get rid of her boobs almost entirely.

http://veggibubby.xanga.com/757246943/ho...-bra-size/

She and I are on opposite extremes of the fat distribution scale when it comes to boobage. I gained only 1 cup size after roughly 15 lbs of weight gain. Most of the rest of the fat was distributed straight to my booty Tongue Unfortunately, in order to eliminate as many as possible of those people who have freakishly fast boob growth in response to weight gain, I have to set the minimum amount of lbs per cup size much closer to hers than to mine.

I think I may be cluttering my own thread after asking other people not too, but I hope you'll bear with me. I have only one more request, but it's a doozie.

I'm extremely interested in the Japanese NBE blogs, and I've read through a lot of them, but I wasn't able to glean many details. I don't understand Japanese and I have an incredibly hard time understanding the garbage that Google Translate spits out. We don't have many Japanese speakers on this board, but there are quite a few people who are apparently a lot better than I am at deciphering Google translated text. I hope someone somewhere can research at least one of the Japanese blogs, other than Chiyomilk's, and fill in the following info and PM it to me:

Age at start of program:
Program start date:
Program end date:
Starting Japanese bra size:
Final Japanese bra size:
Starting weight:
Ending weight:
Basic program:

I doubt I'll get any responses to this request but it seemed worth a try.

I've decided to make one little tweak to my most important rule. I've decided to include people who did not post their weight, but only if they make it clear that they lost weight during their program. I won't include anyone who claims to have stayed the same weight unless they posted their actual weight.

Now for my first entry into the Hall of Fame! Big Grin Drum roll please...

Ginie's Program

http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=7251

Her thread is called "Generic BO this time around", but she began her thread with a description of 2 earlier programs she followed, then spent a few pages describing her generic BO program, before she finally switched over to a PM program that did not involve BO. This entry is only about her PM program and not the 3 other programs she followed before that.

Age at start of program: 36
Starting weight: 99 lb
Ending weight: 88 lb
Starting bra size: Large 32A or small 32B
Ending bra size: 32D
Start date: 05/Apr/11
End date: 24/Sep/11
Growth summary: About 2 cup sizes in 6 months

Growth retention:
She stopped all BE in September of 2011, but she apparently had retained all her growth by the time she posted her final post on February
16th 2012. That means all her growth was retained for at least 4 1/2 months after stopping.

Program Overview
She used BBT charting to determine when her ovulation occurred, and to watch for hormone imbalances. Her supplements were cycled according to her menstrual cycle phase. She took PM starting from day 3 or 4 of her cycle and ending 2 days before ovulation. I don't know when she usually ovulated, but if she ovulated on day 14, than she only took PM for 8 or 9 days per month. It's also worth mentioning that she actively avoided allowing her cycle to lengthen. When it did, she lowered her dose of PM pills and/or cream.

Follicular Phase:
400mg St.Herb PM per day
OR
200mg Siriporn PM per day
Contrex mineral water, used occasionally and inconsistently

Luteal Phase:
Vit E (brand and dosage unknown)
Progesterone Cream- she used very small amounts once per day, for only a few days at a time, every 2 or 3 months.

Throughout Cycle:
4 tabs Maruman pig placenta per day (equivalent to 500mg total placenta extract per day)
Hylauronic acid (brand and dosage unknown)
4000mg MSM with vitamin C
7000mg Meiji marine collagen blend
St. Herb cream, or Siriporn Ro-bust cream 2 times per day.
Siriporn serum, used occasionally and inconsistently
Aumenti, used occasionally and inconsistently
Fennel tea, used occasionally and inconsistently
Noogleberry breast pump- She did one session per day at first, and then switched to do doing only 3 or 4 sessions per week. I don't know how long her sessions were.

I just want to say that I'm still working on adding programs to this list. I've researched it at least a little everyday. I've spent far too much time looking into Japanese NBE blogs, but I don't speak Japanese, so it's taking forever. Hopefully I'll have something to post by the end of today, but I wouldn't hold your breath. If anyone knows of a Japanese blogger that took a break for at least a month, or that has mentioned that they kept all their growth after stopping NBE, please let me know.

I swear I haven't been completely slacking off on this little project Wink So far I've looked into 13 promising programs, and only Ginie's has made it through my filter. There are also 2 other great programs I would have included if the details had not been deleted from the boards for privacy reasons. I'm currently looking into one more, and hopefully I'll be able to add it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Just to give you an idea of why so few programs are being added, here are some very famous programs and why I could not add them to this list:

Chiyomilk and Mayusakimilk (Japanese NBE bloggers): Neither of them appears to have ever taken any long breaks and they are both STILL actively doing NBE O_o. Their programs are extremely similar to Ginie's, and she was able to maintain all her growth, so I'm not sure I buy the idea that maintenance is necessary. Unfortunately, I can't include their programs without some proof that they can retain their size without maintenance. It's worth pointing out that Ginie ended her program with a very slow ramp down, although I don't think she did intentionally. It seems to have been a happy accident.

Pammy (BEboard): Did not post weight.

MorningHello (Noogleberry forum): Did not post weight.

MydreamisGcup and IdreamofD: I consider continuing to take birth control pills to be a form of maintenance, even if they are not being taken for that reason. I tried contacting both MsG and MsD to ask if they ever took a break from BC and retained at least part of their growth, but I got no response. I don't want to include any programs that don't show proof of retention after stopping everything including BC, but I still think their programs are impressive.

Isabelle: I love her program page and everyone following this thread should definitely check it out. Unfortunately she is biologically male. If that were not the case, she'd be right at the top of the list. She had excellent growth that continued for a very long time, much like Chiyo and Mayu, and she was able to retain it during breaks. Isabelle's program sounds like a great idea if you're reading this and you were born male. I'm really shocked more of our male members haven't tried it out. Fenugreek and hops can also work for females, of course, but be sure to read some of the caveats she posted about digestion and intestinal flora.

It should be obvious that I don't think that all of these programs are failures just because I couldn't include them in the "Hall of fame" according to my rules. Some of these programs should be taken with a grain of salt because of possible weight gain, but others are perfectly good programs as long as your willing to except the possibility that maintenance may be required.

Yes! I am finding out even though I am having success, I have gained some weight on UB and I haven't even stuck with my protien intake. So weight gain is definitely something I am experiencing. I have more of an hour glass if that makes anyone feel any better.

I so forgot! Sorry. i do recall reading the very first post being so long ago, I forgot. feel free to remove it if I cannot with "reporting this post."

Tibetan, *wags finger* you weren't supposed to post here, but I don't mind Tongue I haven't looked into the details of your program yet, because I wanted to start with some of the older completed programs, but I will look into it now. If I'm not sure about the details, I will send you some questions in a PM. Thanks!
