When life gives you lemons, make melons

Thank you Peggy Smile your progress is really inspiring Big Grin

Thanks Karen, I don't really have the time or money for a pumping kit but i will definitely look into that in the future if i feel as though I'm not making enough progress.

Thanks for you're support guys. i don't want to go crazy on this forum as my results are super slow and I'll drive myself nuts if I start checking for progress too often and seeing there is none but I'll update when i reach another milestone Tongue

Thank you Imsoflat! Good to know I'm not the only one with tiny boobs and there's a lot of hope for the future. I have such wide hips I really do need a little bit more up top to balance me out Smile.

You should do noogleberry. I can see you having great success with it. Yours are a little smaller than mine were at the beginning but not much. But yours look similar to mine and I can see you have tissue so you should run with it!

Me too! My hips (I'm assuming they're my hips) measure 34" but at my widest butt part a bit lower down I'm 37". So I'm trying to increase from 32" bust to either 34" to match my hips or maybe 37" to match my butt? Lol I can dream Smile I've been doing this for 21 days and my bust measures 33" but who knows if this is part of the cycle or what. I'm going to post monthly updates once I get to that day.

I am 18 which seems young for this programme, but I know I'm not going to grow anymore naturally. I've had 2 "growth spurts" as you're meant to, one when I started growing at 11 and one at 14, both left me with less than a children's 34AA. The doctor put me on Dianette for the last few years for severe acne and I'm scared it may have ended my growth. I also have suffered some emotional trauma and have had anxiety and depression for a number of years, I am now taking fluoxetine.

I am as tall as my mum (5'1") so I don't think there is any more to be done in that area, I have curvy hips and bum (38" at widest point), and weigh 117 lbs on a good day, so I'm not lacking in any other department.

I tried hypnosis for a while which did less than nothing for me and also massage. I have just started on PM, but am scared of this whole "hormone imbalance" thing.

Any help from the more experienced members of the site would be much appreciated.

xx

Doubt you are a 34 band, I am 33" under bust and didn't know I was a 34 band until I did some research. I was in a 40 or 42 band for years and it was terrible. I am a thicker build than you I am sure so it would be hard to believe your a 34 band. I would post your measurements here there are a lot of us gals that can help you find your right size. Also I have had natural growth spurts until my early 20s, I don't know enough to discourage you from NBE that young but may not be a good idea, I always massaged with raw aloe vera since I got my first growth spurts at around 9-10 and never stopped, I did this by my mom's suggestion to not have stretch marks when I grew up, I am assuming the attention to my breasts and massaging cause me to have larger breasts... Also I have read that aloe has some estrogenic properties (not sure) I do know I have very few stretch-marks for my size of breasts and they are a bit larger than average so something worked for me :-) you can PM me if you want to talk I am very available to chat.

@Jenniferlove I mentioned a bit earlier I don't really fancy the noogleberry as it's not really a practical option for me and I'm quite happy with my progress so far but thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I'll look into it in the future when it fits more with my lifestyle.

@Imsoflat Thats really good progress congratulations I hope that it's permanent for you! Yes for me it's definitely more a case of balancing rather than having huge knockers hehe. Even a full A cup would be perfect just so I can buy normal bras rather than kids ones or specialist ones.

@bustybride Thank you for the advice but I am definitely a 34 band, I've owned 32's before and had bright red marks around my rib age after a days wear...they dig in and create fat bulges where there isn't normally fat. 34 fits perfectly no rubbing and tight enough to support. I've even been professionally measured for a bra and they said 34 too. I just have a wide rib cage. Even though I'm young I think the current benefits of PM not only to growth but to my overall health have been great so I'm quite happy to continue taking it. I'm not planning on doing this forever but prior to this I had no tissue there really at all and even a GP I saw said it was unlikely they would grow much bigger naturally especially as small breasts run in my family and recommended maybe looking into augmentation in a few years time if I was comfortable but I'd much rather do it the natural way. I wanted implants at one stage but now the thought of two hunks of plastic inside me doesn't appeal at all.

Also I forgot to mention my first post was in 2012 and now it's 2014 so I'm approaching 20 very soon Smile if anyone was thinking I was a bit too young.

Update:

Hey guys, it is currently the start of my no-pill week and for the first time I have an almost "quadraboob" effect in some of my 34AA bras and I am fitting my 34A's perfectly. I'm hoping not all of this is going to vanish post period!

After the advice on bra sizing I have done a great deal of research and have found that I was following the old bra sizing method whereby you take your band size and add 4", as bras used to be made of non-stretchy fabrics. I have learnt that nowadays you should just take your band size as it is and round to the nearest even number (mine is a 30" measurement so I don't need to do this!). Thank you to everyone who pointed this sizing issue out to me! I was quite stubborn as I was used to the comfort of a loose fitting bra! Haha!

I have dug out a 30C bra (equiv to 34A) that i bought ages ago and now I have something to put in it and support I find that it fits much better than the others. I think before I was extremely used to having a very loose fitting bra, there was literally nothing boob-wise so it was more like a comfy training bra for modesty!

My measurement before I started NBE was 31.5", now 34". Looks like the slow but steady progress since I started PM is finally starting to show! Big Grin
