Hi everyone im quite new here

Ive been using pc and l arginine pills mixed together on my breasts during luteal phase.

I was told you can only use it during the luteal phase but no one has said why yet on this forum. Can someone explain? What do you do during the rest of the month? So far when im not in my luteal phase i rub flaxseed oil on my breasts. I think i got better results from pc though.

During the rest of the month I use PM pills and cream. During the luteal phase, I use PC and zoft gum because it has weaker phytoestrogens. The reason you use it during the luteal phase is because that's when your body is high in progesterone. During the first half of the month, your body is higher in estrogen so it's better to use estrogenic herbs during that time since you want to replicate the natural hormone fluctuations.
