Just an FYI: After taking Solgar Phyto PM for three months I've gained weight everywhere! I have changed nothing, save for adding PM and have gone from 0/1 jeans to a size 3. Weight gain is in the chest, belly, butt and thighs.
PM sellers claim no weight gain, and often those reviewing PM do so after using only for a short time. Something to think about for those who don't want an increase all over, which seems likely with longer term use (from an honest, real perspective).
Had I known this I never would have taken it in the first place, as it's going to be miserable trying to get back down to where I was.
