Hey guys
im a newbie here.
I read about a lot of different herbs on this site.
I'm thinking of starting with Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, and Maca Root
and PM
I'm also taking yasmin birth control pills (they are safe for my body)
I need a bit of help starting off especially because I'm taking BC and not sure how these herbs will affect my bc pills.
Any recommendations or warnings would be great.
