Hi, everyone. I'm new here but I've been browsing the site for about a week or so. I was at Whole Foods a few days ago, attempting to buy some liquid Fenugreek, but they were sold out. Right next to it was a bottle of "Mother's Lactation Tonic". I looked at the ingredients on the back, and it has Chaste Tree Berry, Fenugreek Seed, Caraway Seed, Fennel Seed, and Anise Seed. So I purchased a bottle because I figured it could help, since it has fenugreek in it. Has anyone else tried this? The instructions say to take 40 drops with some water, 3x a day. I haven't been using it consistently.
