Hi All, I'm finally posting my program!! Smile
Thank you all so much for all the valuable information you've provided.

Personal Stats:
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 112-118lb
Age: 30
Married, no kids, using IUD as bc

Noogleberry: Large Domes
1st round: noogled for 2 months 60-100min/day and went from 85 to 86.5cm (34"), but then stopped for 3 weeks and lost all the gain.

2nd Round:
started April 7, 2012
Bust: 85cm (33.5")
Underbust: 70cm (27.5")

Goal: Bust: from 85cm (33.5") --> 92cm (36")

My Program

Noogleberry 5-7 times a week
Cycle my supplements:
Mainly use Siriporn PM and use other supplements around it


1. NBE supplements:

Day 1-5 of Cycle:
Siriporn PM x1 (100mg)
Saw Palmetto x1 (320mg)

Day 6-12:
Siriporn PM x2 (200mg)
Saw Palmetto x1 (32mg)

Day 13-28 or 30:
Fenugreek--1200mg (1 morning, 1 bed time)
Fennel--900mg (1 morning, 1 bed time)
Maca--1500mg (x3 afternoon)

Day 1-28/30 (throughout)
MSM--6g (2g morning, 2g noon, 2g bed time)
Goat's Rue--1g (333mg morning, noon & bedtime)
Gelatin--5.3g (1.3mg morning, noon, afternoon & bedtime)
Calcium--1g (morning, noon, afternoon)
Amino Acid Complete--12g (9 essential amino acids + 12 non-essential amino acids) (3g morning, noon, bed time)
Borage oil--3g (1g morning, noon, bed time)
Collagen I & III--6g (bed time)
Hyaluronic Acid--100mg with 1g Collagen II (morning)
Gaba--6g (bed time)
Milk Thistle--450mg (morning, noon, bedtime)

Cod Liver Oil--DHA: 300mg, EPA: 240mg, Other Omega 3 130mg, Vitamin D 240 IU
IGF--2 sprays 27.5ng IGF & 11mg Deer Antler Velvet Extract

(I'm thinking about adding L-Glutamine)

2. Other Supplements:

Spirulina,
Resveratrol,
5HTP,
Multi-Vitamin,
B-Complex,
Choline & Inositol,
NAC,
Co Q10

Keep me updated.
I'd like to noogle too but unfortunately I have no time for this. I'm a full time working single-mother, so... but I'll think about it. Maybe I can reorganize my life a bit and squeeze it into my schedule. Smile

haha yea I did a LOT of research cuz I really want it to work.

Noogling is time-consuming. It's also tricky because my hubby doesn't know I'm doing NBE yet cuz I want to keep it a surprise to see if he'll notice and comment on any difference. So I usually wake up earlier and do it in the morning.

I'm really hoping that there will be significant growth by July because we are traveling for 3 weeks together and he will have to know by then. Because I don't want to take a break from noogling. I gained 1.5cm from noogling for 2 months and stopped for 3 weeks and lost all of my progress so I know it works!
Kudos to you for doing this while being a full time working single mom, it's very time & energy consuming! Sending you good boobie growing-vibe!
