I was just interested in opinions on what is the single most important ingredient in herbal NBE?

It seems to me that there isn't a key ingredient in herbal NBE, because different people succeed with different things. But I vote for hops, because hops is the most traditionally used herb for breast growth.

I think everyone would be able to name one or more things they feel were the most important in making them grow and it would totally vary from person to person, and it may not only be herbs.

If it's a vote I would vote for soy. I found soy to be the more important food for booby growth.

Hops may well be the most traditionally used herb for promoting breast growth, but fenugreek seems undoubtedly the most commonly used herb now.

I've always heard that if there's any one herb that's a must for breast growth it's Goat's Rue.

Some years ago a herbalist told me that fennel alone could help increase breast size and so I started using fennel in receipes all the time and it seemed to have a positive effect as I definitely grew some. Nobody ever says anything bad about fennel either, no problems, side effects or anything like that.
