What to add to my PM routine?

Hi all,


I'm giving PM a try and would like some feedback or info on my routine:

I am 27, very thin, AA breast, no kids and high testosterone.

I know my stats put me at a disadvantage and I will have to try hard but I'm determined Smile and I think it's fun to try to grow my boobs Smile

I have Siriporn PM and started 2x a day today (which is day 7 of my cycle)
I plan to take it for 7 days then stop for ovulation then continue for 7 more days after ovulation. (My cycle is 32 days, when should I take my second half of PM?)

I take 1000 mg saw palmetto daily
multi vitamin
collagen
cayenne
1000mg borage oil



I've read about the Japanese woman who grew a lot and my question is what might I want to add during the entire month (wild yam?) and what to add during the days I dont take PM ? if anything...


should I add any of these? if so, how much and when?

she was taking super b up drops which contain (among other things)

Wild yam

Fenugreek extract powder

Black cohosh extract powder

Extract powder of dandelion root

Chaste berry extract powder

Red clover extract powder

I wouldn't take other phytoestrogens. Simply because PM is the strongest by far and you don't want weaker ones fighting for the attention of your receptors in your body.

The japanese woman only took PM. But she also took it for 14 days straight at the end of her period. Which is what I would recommend. Because you will get most of your growth in the second the week.

Then after you finish PM you hop on the other stuff to rebalance out your hormones.

I wouldn't go crazy with supps. It's just more money out of your pocket.
PM, a pm cream and massage will do 90% of the work.

All you need to add now is Deer Velvet Extract to get the growth hormone responsible for the growth of breasts.

Also you need Flaxseed oil in addition to Borage Oil.

Besides that you are good!

Jiberish, wouldn't she have been taking PM when she should not have then (during ovulation)???

I thought I should start on day 7. Then stop day 13, then wait a while to let my body ovulate then continue 7 more days. Is this right?



Is there a link for the Japanese lady's routine/blog?

So I dont need to add anything that is in the B-up drops, like fenugreek...etc on my non PM days?

What about adding Hyaluronic Acid?

also, I take 2 protein drinks a day which contains a lot of L-Arginine

So the Deer Velvet Extract is recommended for growth. Is this supposed to be taken daily or is it supposed to have breaks like PM? I am planning on starting PM. I'm planning on taking it along with Flaxseed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil. What would be a great form of progesterone to take (or maybe just PC)? Also, is L-Arginine beneficial as well? Can one take L-Arginine instead of the Deer Velvet Extract?

I've heard of others taking L-arginine instead of growth hormone. My daily protein drinks have a lot in them so I figured I dont need the HGH. I could be wrong though.
