Nope, she just takes it for 15 days straight from the day of her period. It seems to me that not much happens in the first week and all growth comes in the second week. Then she doesn't start again till after her next period.

Alot of HGH supps are bogus, it doesn't actually contain any HGH (HGH in most countries is illegal as it is considered like a steroid) but they just contain herbs with MAY help raise natural HGH levels. But alot don't do anything.

If you read the research studies, it says that women who start with smaller breasts, it can take upto 4-5 months to show any real signs.

How much do all these brand pills cost?
I got them direct from some ebay seller in thailand. 300x350mg for 33 bucks including delivery. Too cheap imo but it works

Ok, today I'm going to stop everything herbal until day 5 (now is day 23) and then slowly ramp up the herbs again to see if I had stunted. Or maybe just having a break and starting again I might get some indication of something (like growth, swelling, tingling)??

So she doesn't take any other herbs in between and when she stops the PM for the 15 days, does she lose some of her growth and fullness?? Coz mine definitely did, and now nothing at all throughout the cycle. Is this normal

What kind of massage does she do and what does she use to massage with?? I used PM cream but not sure if it was the cream or the friction from the massage that gave me some small bumps on my breasts like goosebumps, so I have stopped massage and the PM cream for now, when they go away I will start again. This was the 2nd jar of the same PM cream I was using. Its been 2 weeks already and they are still here although they do look like the are starting to go away.....hopefully

I also got mine from ebay, mine are 300 x 250mg tabs for $45 including postage I think. Have you checked what colour your PM was inside as many say that the off white colour was the best, when mine was a light browny colour

She says she gets a tingly feeling after about 5-6 days (which is when the growth starts) So i guess that is a good way to measure it.

PM cream, massage and sometimes she will use her up'll D (but not much these days) when she is taking the pills. I think the massage is pretty important. I just copy what that japanese girl does. + I figure the low dosage of PM in the cream is like a maintenence dosage. I don't know much about the creams though and they all have very different amounts of PM and other stuff.

The research said that calcium helps with the absorption of the PM, no idea why. But that is why people say take it with milk. You could try supping with calcium if your low.

Try eating more too. I think the Idea behind it all is that you will gain some fat and through the massage you will direct it to the breast + the PM effect. Then once they are big enough diet while still taking PM to maintain the current size.

Ic, I know that brand and was considering it before I bought my PM, but alot of people here say not to take PM with other herbs and it says that the THANYAPORN PM has "other topical herbs" too, so thats why I tried what I got, which says its pure PM but, who knows.

I will keep that in mind tho, might just try them anyway since they're so cheap, as long as they work right

Well the japanese girl massage is basically just massaging everything toward the breast. The idea behind it seems logical.

Well genetically you will gain fat where your fat cells are. I guess that is why the massage, trying to move them.

So your wife does the massage for about 15mins twice a day? I was only doing the chi rotations coz they seem more quicker and straight forward (very hard to find time with kids around) get quite tired and lazy at the end of the day and mornings are really hectic.

Today I have a doctors appointment, I might just bring this up and see whether she will let me do a hormone balance test or not.

3 years on and off

the first time i started i use Firm n grow.... (for about a year)the elasticity of my breast change but no gain... plus i was on birth control pill...i ask my doctor about it and he say that was good supplement of calcium and vitamin but wasnt sure about the result...

the second product i use was Naturel curves..... i took it for 1 month and have to stop coz i got sick on it....i give it to one of my friend and she got result

i also try Nutra Volume for about 6 months once again it was the same ingredient that the first one so no result

I bough and try Fenugreek alone but not long anough to see result

After all that i found PM... Herbal one that i bough on exporthailand.net.....i try this for about 6-8 month.... did feel tingle in my breast but no grow....

i found out it wasnt pure coz i made some reseach and found on the net site who call americanphytolab who approuved PM and i send them a message and they told me.... plus the PM im taking now(i send them a email and they told me that too).....

I communicate a lot with the site that i bough the first PM and they said that maybe my body wasnt react to this kind to try another one...they also told me that tiny woman took more time to react....

Plus i wasnt cycling, smoke(still do), got irregular period coz of the PM i was taking....

You need to be patient, determinate,be discipline about it (regular... take it every day or follow what they say on the bottle) and eat healthy food and of course exercices...

I did Breast Actives for 6 mos with FG SP WY and I think there's a little fullness but no real gain. I ordered the siriporn a couple of weeks ago, pills and robust, and am waiting for it to arrive. I plan to cycle, and use FG in the luteal phase.
