Boron anyone?

I just read in a supplement book that Boron causes the body to produce natural estrogen. Now, I know when we are taking BO, we don't take anything else that competes with it...but I wonder if anyone has tried Boron.
I will ask over at the main board too.

Boron is used for producing flame retardants, insecticides, glass products and fertilizers. It's kind of toxic you know. The amounts you get through food are extremely small and therefore safe. I wouldn't recomment using this for NBE.
It is true that Boron affects steroid hormone metabolism. But that would mean ANY hormone, even the ones you don't want. To be on the safe side, limit your Boron intake to what you get naturally from caviar, nuts and wine. Don't poison yourself!
