Plan of Action for Tuberous Breasts

#1

Hey all, I'm a newbie, 19 years old and a broke college student struggling with tuberous breasts. They are about a small 34B cup. (Scared that they may shrink more since I'm also on a weight loss regimen). My current plan of action is simple: I will start performing the Chi Breast massage daily on my breasts, preferably twice a day, day and night, if I get the chance. From research, I heard that diligently massaging your breasts can increase your bust by a cup size within 1-2 months. They can also improve the shape, which is what I'm hoping for because since the base of my breast is so tight, I'm hoping the massage can loosen the tight, dense fibers at the base so that the tissue from my areolas are encouraged to move towards that area.

So since I am on summer vacation with plenty of time in my hands, that is what I'm going to do as it is simple and cheap. Because of my age, I don't want to dive into herbs and a lot of other stuff just yet since I know that I am still growing. But I will do whatever I can to try to grow 2 cup sizes and improve my shape.

This summer, I will try to get my hormone levels checked by my doctor. I've always gone to a pediatrician for checkups but I don't know if it's time yet to go to a gyno instead since I am over 19 though I am not sexually active. I feel that I am estrogen dominant and lacking in progesterone because of my condition, my pear shape, and other known symptoms. If this is the case, then my plan of action will be to ingest progesterone if two months go by, I'm in college, and I haven't experienced any growth in my breasts. I will take natural progesterone either in pill, oil, or cream form. I heard that progesterone can also improve the tuberous breast condition, especially for mothers who are struggling to breastfeed. I will also try investing in the Avent Nipplette since I heard that they can help a lot with the shape as well, seeing that I regularly have flat, puffy nipples/areola but my breasts look much more normal (actually, completely normal) when stimulated/erect.

I feel that I this plan sounds good but I'm open to any suggestions anyone may have! Any one know what are the best breast massaging oils to use?

Sounds good. look into pumping with a noogle berry or similar device. Also, if you have a build up of glandular tissue(puffy areolas), you may want to see about moving this tissue out of that area into the breasts, or surgically remove it. Its something I have very mildly and I am just massaging my areola gently to see if I can move it to the breast area.

This glandular tissue behind the areola on tuberous breasts make the areolas look bigger than what they are and deform the look of your breasts. They stretch them out. I am just experimenting. I have found no science behind doing this but lets figure it out.

I am taking goats rue to see if I can develop bottom glandular tissue as my poles are rather low on my breasts. I have so much top and inner tissue but the bottoms are very insufficient. I hate it so much . I am also applying it topically to see if it will do anything. I have felt stinging sensations so far. We'll see.

Progesterone therapy is a must for this, I wish you luck on it.

I am looking into Noogleberry though right now, but since I'm on a limited budget and limited privacy, I can't see myself using a Noogleberry for now. I think that I will consider purchasing one after I finish my next semester of college, in December, since I will be on winter break and then, hopefully, obtain a single room as an RA in my college, or just move off-campus, so I can have sufficient privacy to do the Noogling. I think this would be a convenient plan in case I don't see enough results from the progesterone therapy.

I'd also even consider using Bovine Ovary in the future. Herbs will be my last resort though (afraid of the potential weight gain Blush) and if I take them, I'd wait a year from now. But I think that with all this and enough persistence, I won't have to go there and get some type of improvement within a year. As for the shape of the tuberous breasts itself, in a year I'll try to save up some money to remove some of the extra glandular tissue in my areola like you said. I just want to avoid implants as much as possible, obviously, which is why I'm on NBE.

Thanks for the support! Wish you luck with the goat's rue! I'll try to keep updated with this! We'll figure this out!

Update: So I've been massaging my breasts for a bit over a week now and I am indeed already seeing a slight perkiness Big Grin

Obviously, I haven't seen growth yet but I actually don't really expect it... Huh why, you may ask? Because I'm on a weight loss regimen to lose about 25 pounds so rather than growing my breasts, I'm hoping to retain it and hopefully stay the same size for now (which technically CAN be considered growth, right???). I'm planning to lose a pound a week since I think that slow weight loss is best to avoid getting stretch marks and putting stress on my 5'2" stature.

Just to edit from my initial post: I measured myself and found out that I am a 32C instead of a 34B. For people who know about bust measurements, you might already know that these are usually interchangeable but since my underbust measured at 31.5", but I definitely lean towards the 32C since the band size is more appropriate. Just have been a statistic in American women wearing the wrong bra size all this time lol! My overbust is at 35. However, since my breasts are tuberous-shaped, I consider it more of about a 34.5, which puts me at a C cup surprisingly enough! I think it's the shape of the breasts that makes them look slightly smaller in my head Dodgy

So part of the reason I would put off the whole idea of losing weight in the past is because of the fear that I would become flat-chested. The idea of losing them on top of dealing with the shape was unfathomable! I love my boobies way too much Big Grin

I'm hoping that doing NBE along with my weight-loss regimen will help me avoid that. Though my long-term goal is to gain a cup size (32D) and achieve a nice and normal looking round breast shape, for now, I'll be satisfied just with staying the same cup size and improving my tuberous shape a bit. I will be adding pectoral exercises to my current massaging regimen to work on the overall roundness at the base of the breast as well as the perkiness.

So to sum everything up, my point as of now:
I'm at 5'2" 136 pounds hoping to reach 110 pounds.
My measurements are a 32C (31.5 under, 35 over), 28 inch waist, 39 hips. (Quite an apparent pear shape LOL! Wink)

NBE Goal: Maintain breast size and improve tuberous shape.
