My Program

#1

Hello, people who read this. I've been reading up on breast enlargement for months now and finally joined this forum. I've only been here for a few days, but I've read extensively and believe that I'm ready. I'm currently on my phone so I won't type out my entire program yet (or at least what I've thought up so far), but I will when I can access internet on my laptop.

Anyway, I'm a 19-year-old female. I'm a 32A, as far as I know. I'm tiny at 5'1" and 87 pounds. I've been a vegetarian for seven years. I eat pretty healthy and have a lot of protein for a vegetarian, I've just always been a skinny person. I have scoliosis. Other than that, I can't think of much. I'll get my exact measurements later. If anyone has any advice for my body type that would be awesome. I think I'm going to stick to herbs, I'm not too sold on NB. That's all I have for now and like I said, I'll update later when I'm not on my phone.

Hi and welcome!

I'm quite small, like you.. 93 lbs. And from what I've read, it's going to be a bit harder for us, because it's harder for us to gain fat, and you need fat to grow boobs. So.. if you don't see results right away, don't get discouraged! Just keep working at it and listening to your body, and eventually you'll find something that works. Rolleyes

I think you might be able to get away with no NB (I'm not using it either because I honestly think it looks scary, and I have strong hands), but you won't get away without massaging. I'd do at least 15 minutes a day with some sort of topical.. ex. flaxseed, olive oil w/ FG, muscle rub, etc.

I'm probably around 106lb - not that much bigger. My opinion is that you would need to try and include more healthy fats - avocardo, nuts, whey powder or protein drinks. And massage. If I'm wrong somebody please tell me because that's what I'm doing Blush I have grown maybe 1-2 cm in 4 months from hypnosis, foods and massage. Just started suction (sort of), can't do herbs but I can see many people have had amazing results on herbs. All the best and let us know how it all goes!

Thank you both for the support and advice! I really appreciate it.

christinaaah, I'm planning on doing a flaxseed oil massage 2-3 times a day. I agree with NB looking scary, haha. I think that's the main reason I don't want to use it, even though I've heard great things about it.

CHDchest, I will definitely start adding healthy fats to my diet. I love making protein shakes so there's that. Everyone talks about how amazing avocados are, and although I've never liked them, I think I'll get myself used to it. Hopefully I can put on some weight eventually.

Okay, here's what I have put together so far:

500mg Ainterol PM.
10G L-Arginine.
525mg Maca Root.
Multivitamin.
Flaxseed oil massage.

I've also thought of adding, but am not completely sure...

Progesterone cream.
Hops.
Goat's Rue.

Any feedback on that? Should I keep it simpler for when I first begin? Am I missing something important? I also read about cayenne for blood circulation and I always drink water with cayenne pepper, does that help at all?

Also, I forgot to mention that I've been trying hypnosis as well. I dowloaded Boobster and Blake Talks. I don't think anything has happened, but it can't hurt to try. Unless one of them hypnotizes me into going on a murder spree or something, haha. I apologize for my not-so-funny humour. My breasts are sore, but they usually are for a week (sometimes well over) before my period, so that's probably the culprit.

I keep forgetting to add things, but I wanted to mention that the main reason I want to try Maca (at least for the first month) is because I read about how it grows your butt and I'm interested in that. I have a pretty nice butt, but I wouldn't mind if it were bigger.

My boyfriend keeps telling me to use half the dose of l-arginine. Any advice on that? Should I even start off with it?

fackshat, that's EXACTLY why I don't do hypnosis.. I mean, I know LOTS of people have had success with it, and I'm 99.9% sure it just works to reinforce positive mental attitude which I think is essential to NBE, but.. there is that 0.1% chance it could be tapping into my psyche and slowly turning me into a mass murderer or something. Therefore, I just try to think positive. Rolleyes

Do you have any hormonal imbalances that you know of? It's best to start there, that way you know what to address. You can Google Dr Lee's hormone test for a quick one, though lots of people get their saliva tested to be sure.

I think your program looks good, although if you are not on BC you may want to try something to boost progesterone, especially in your luteal phase if you are cycling PM (ex. fenugreek, fennel, PC cream). I would also start out with a lower dosage of PM on your first cycle.

I have no experience w Maca but I stayed away from it because I think it's a weight gainer and on my small frame a little belly fat looks weird. Dodgy However, I haven't completely ruled it out, as it also works to balance hormones and maybe for those two benefits together, it'd be worth it. For now, I'm trying to grow my bum w bum-strengthening exercises instead (stolen from timarie and jiberish).

christinaaah, it's funny that you've thought about that as well when it comes to hypnosis. I will probably start my first cycle with PM at 300mg and go from there. Also, I'm going to get PC for when I'm off of PM. I did the hormone test and I didn't get anything. I might take a saliva test.

All right, I think this is what I'm going to purchase. I'm including all the brand names in case anyone knows anything else about them...

Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica.
Nutrigold Maca Gold (Organic) 500mg.
Jarrow Formulas Flaxseed Oil.
Deva Vegan Multivitamins.
NOW Foods Vitamin C-1000 with Rose Hips.
Smoky Mountain Progesterone Cream 1,000mg USP.
10G L-Arginine.

I'll probably begin next month, as much as I want to do it as soon as possible. That will give me time to make sure I get everything I need.
