Stop That Syrupy Fenugreek Smell!!!

#1

I was here a while ago. I stopped my regimen because I couldn't take the smell of fenugreek seeping through my pores. It was worse knowing that everyone else could smell it too!!

My last regimen was Saw Palmetto & Flaxseed, Maca for my butt & safflower oil to reduce stomach fat. I liked that regimen because it didn't make me smell yucky, but my breast weren't growing much. I stopped that because I was in the process of moving and had sooo much going on it was hard to keep up with.

Lately, I've been taking smoothies made with papaya, protein & soymilk. I've noticed that it makes my breast grow quickly. I still use Maca & Safflower oil. But I know that I could get more growth by using another, stronger herb. I would like to do massages with the fenugreek, but how do I keep it from becoming so smell??

Could I do liver cleanses monthly or even weekly?? Wash with a certain soap??... I'm open to try just about anything... HELP PLEASE!!

I buy Vitamin Shoppe's brand Fenugreek. I haven't noticed a smell at all, and neither has my friend who is taking the same thing. The pills actually don't smell anything like normal fenugreek when you pop them, so maybe it's got other ingredients or is made differently where the smell is undetectable. Maybe you could try their brand and see what it does for you?

Oh I remember those days!! I totally lost the desire to put maple syrup on everything I consume, which is saying a lot for a Canadian! Tongue

The scent went away when I stopped consuming large amounts of FG tea but if you'd like to stick with it capsules/tablets are a good alternative.
