As some of you may know, I gained a few cup sizes a few years ago by solely massaging. I think since I was younger it "awakened" my breasts and truly started them growing. Unfortunately, I have reached the dreaded plateau and I am in dire need of trying something new. I believe I'm going to try out this plan (feel free to critique and tweak
) :
Fenugreek: 2400 mg
Saw Palmetto: 900 mg
Evening Primrose Oil: 1000 mg
l-arganine: 500 mg
Maca: 500 mg
Flaxseed oil: Massage with 2-3x per day.
Like I was saying feel free to tweak, I really don't know how much to take or what time of day and such (as much as I've looked around).
Thanks and I'll let you know how it goes.

OMG... You're a D and you STILL want 2 more cups? A bit greedy lol?
Good luck!
Personally I think I'll be quite happy at D... Shoot, maybe even C, tbh...
If/When I ever reach a D I'll probably quit PM and just stick with whatever else I get from regular HRT, if all it does is maintain, I'd be fine with that.

Seems like great program to begin with, you got a good phytoestrogen so you could add in a progesterone herb like chasteberry so you don't become estrogen dom. also unless you have high testerone you don't need the saw palmetto. The EPO and L-Arginine are great additions as well as the Maca to balance out your hormones!

AbiDrew: I know, but sadly a 30D looks NOTHING like a 36D. I just want to have real cleavage, you know?
Emily Loretta: Thank you so much! I'll take back my Saw Palmetto and pick up some Chasteberry. You are my booby inspiration! I actually based my program off the ones you had on your blog.
How much of the Chasteberry should I take, do you think?

I think I should also mention I'm on the Nuvaring. I dont know how much that changes things.

Then you probably shouldn't be on it

Sarah: I'm switching to the IUD in a month, but I'm in a sexual relationship so I'd rather be on it then not.

It's been a full week since I've started this program and my breasts have been feeling achy and swollen. I don't see much of a difference but my boyfriend says they look and feel a little bigger. I'll take measurements at the end of the month.
