So recently I posted somewhere that you can use d-aspartic acid to increase testosterone. I have since found out this is not possible for women, because the process can't be done by the body. HOWEVER, while reading I learned some new things. In women it will increase estrogen. Quite substantially though with figures estimated at around 60%. But it doesn't stop here, it also increase progesterone and prolactin by even more.
The difference between this and other choices is that this will increase your bodies own hormone levels. But because of this it needs to be cycled. Something like 4 weeks on 2 weeks off is the recommended cycle for men. However the spike in LH caused by d-aspartic acid may cause problems with the menstrual cycle. Because if we look at the charts there is a distinct spike in LH which acts like a trigger. So consistently raising it may have quite negative effects and ruin your cycles.
Really I haven't been able to find much about it's application for women. Because it is mainly used for men. But I think there is potential. So here is my idea for usage.
Take 3grams per day on days 9-15.
My justification for this theory is that it will with the LH spike so it will hopefully keep cycles regular. Additionally it is around this time that the receptors have been become full and de-sensitized from the phyto-estrogens so they need the increased progesterone to increase efficiency. Lastly as prolactin in bursts(over use will lead to deflated saggy breasts over a long duration) is helpful to swell the lobules by increasing milk production.
This is just a theory that I thought I would share. Feel free to shoot me down if I am wrong or provide additional critical thoughts etc
