Nature day : ive try the cream and the liquid but not the pills and go no result

ive try firm 'n grow ......no result but i know that it work for others(back then i was also on birth control pills)

Nutra volume (ingredients are the same as firm and grow but it less expensif...generic brand of the store)

natural curve i personnaly was sick on it.....but u may have a good result

and i recently try PM from siriporn...... ive try 1 bottle and it about 4 months....got no result, but i also try FG,SP,Goat rue, maca.... so i think i may try to much in the same time....

So i stop for about almost 2 months now and im only on homeopathic pellets coz i got fibroadema on my breast(it not cancer ) but it may be the result of to much estrogen......and i also have a lat of libido so that could be also all the herbs that i ve try.......

Dont worry, some herbs work for others and may work for you 2... im 36 years old, no kids,im a personal trainer so im active ... im trying amino acid.....(and have long cycle...so i may didnt cycle right) or i just didnt find the right NBE program for me yet......

Just to let you know.... im not giving up ... im just taking a short break to figuring out what is best for me

It did work. But now I take more herbs, higher doses, and spend less than half the money. And I have the flexibility to tune the doses of individual herbs to the symptoms I experience.

Can you believe that over the years, I spent $ 4,000 on that breast-gro formula? And it only got me up to a B cup. I'm significantly larger now.

Breast-gro is basically a hops formula. It lacks three major success factors:

1) It really misses fenugreek. I added that separately after a while.

2) Hops makes you depressed. I added maca for that.

3) Hops doesn't work for everybody. You need an intestinal bacterium, Eubacterium Limosum, to digest the xanthohumol in hops to the more potent phyto-estrogen 8-prenylnaringenin. Nowadays, there is a supplement with a probiotic that colonizes the large intestine with that bacterium: Menohop from Metagenics.

Like a lot of us here, I use the individual herbs. It's pretty cheap and I take the dose I want to take and what my body needs to grow. With this method, I've managed to grow 2 full cups in just four months. I'm almost a D cup now and expect to be one within the next month or two.

I use:
Fenugreek (Vitamin Shoppe brand)
Maca (Solaray's organic)
Saw Palmetto (Vitamin Shoppe)
Hops (Nature's Way)

I found this to be the most effective combination for me, and these brands have helped me the most so far. NBE is trial and error, so whatever you decide to try might not work the best at first, so keep trying new things until you find your miracle.

I found Natural Curves at Rite Aid last night, when looking for the Fengreek and bought some.
Just starting so we will see, I didnt see any of the others there, where is the places you guys buy your herbs?
What is your regimin with them?

Natureday has been quite popular in this forum. I think only possibly Wonderup has been more popular. As for the other 4 names you listed - NuAugment, Ractepan, Tobustan and Mamonite, they are all the same product. It's simply a case of 4 different brand names for the same formulation.

Red Clover seemed to work for me although I stopped taking it for weeks now as Im trying to detox and start a new regimen. Can somebody shed some lights, Im torn between these 3 models:


Fenugreek
Red Clover
Saw Palm
Agnus Castus (for my pcos)
Hops - new addition to my new regimen

OR

Fenugreek
Red Clover
Saw Palm
Agnus Castus
Maca - new addition to my new regimen


OR

add both Hops and Maca


not sure what to take....my origina model was

Fenugreek
Red Clover
Agnus Castus

it did give me swelling but I notice during my period and after, my babies shrink (even my butt size)


They say Saw Palm should always be taken
