Hi There,

I started BB on December 30 2010 , till today Jan 4th its my 5th day on it. So far i dont think i did very well with my bb. i drank alot on dec 31 to 1 of jan because of new years celebration. I just want to make sure i'm on the right steps and doing the right things. Cause i tried 2.3 months herbs and 5months on NB just didnt work for me.

BB is my last time of having a goal of a c cup.
1)Going to purchase L-tyrosine from http://www.swansonvitamins.com because i dont think my temp is at 98.2 yet today i checked i go from 97-97.8. But i'm not sure if i need to take l-yrosine because i'm going to take whey protein

3)i also work out for 20 mins a day.
4)on birth control but going off of it after this cycle, does it affect with BB?
5) PLEASE feel free to input i need as much help as i can.

I just called BB today, they said i cant have any fluoride or it will not show results in the growth process.

it says food like eggs meat contains fluoride.
I'm a bit worried, cause she said i cant contain any fluoride intake.

i never heard anything about not eating eggs and meat while on BB. that's weird. eggs and meat are both good sources of proteins right?
