How to lose/maintain weight while doing NBE?

As the title says. I am seeing some progress with my NBE program, but it’s hard to tell if it’s because of weight gain and it would seem counterintuitive to try to lose weight if you’re trying to keep breast growth. Is it possible that the hormonal changes are making me softer around the edges rather than actual weight gain? Any tips on maintaining weight? Thanks

It is not possible to target weight loss and breast enlargement at the same time since breasts are largely composed of adipose tissue, which reduces as you lose weight. To lose weight, focus on a balanced diet and exercise routine. To enhance your breasts naturally, try exercises that strengthen pectoral muscles, such as push-ups and chest presses. A well-fitted bra can also create the illusion of a larger bust. Natural remedies such as massage or using essential oils may help stimulate circulation and promote breast tissue growth. Remember that breast size is largely determined by genetics and hormonal factors, so have realistic expectations.

Unfortunately, because breasts are mostly constituted of adipose tissue, it is not practical to target weight loss and breast augmentation at the same time. Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet is the greatest thing to do.

I’m doing this as well. The NBE is helping to offset the fat loss created by the diet. You’re also increasing glandular tissue, not just fat.

Yes I always thought you increase both glandular tissue and fat. The original post seems to imply that it would be one or the other.

Well you increase both. If you increase glands faster then you won't lose much when you lose weight. I think it's definitely possible to maintain on NBE herbs or grow a bit while losing weight slowly.

I’m finally having success doing this. Early this year I decided to do a major weight loss campaign, but my type of NBE helped but wasn’t nearly as powerful as a method. I’m using now. I use a variety of supplements mostly Goats Rue, Shatavari, Flax seed oil and recently to great success PM  and carefully using VITEX. I also take MSM, hops and alfalfa once or twice a day and drink a lot of water and mothers milk tea. Key for me is using a double rest pump. I’m no longer trying to induce lactation, but build up breast tissue with my milk ducts for enlargement. And it’s been working great Because I stopped lifting weights and doing a lot of cardio. Now I just eat micro meals and do light exercise.

The prolactin from the breast pumping, and the oxytocin from breast emulation, and just relaxing elements of all the different supplements don’t go well with weight training and cardio for me.

When I started my NBE /lactation program at the end of 2021 I was a 40G 48- 42-50 and I’m about 5’10. I have a successfully induced since then but no more than three month stints in the spring. , but I’ve spent a few months out of the year in-depth maintaining my NBE. I went to a 38 double G, then a 38H, then a 36H and 36 double H now I’m in the 34J/JJ, all UK sizing. I solely wear the Molly nursing bra by Elomi

I’ve lost no cup size as I’ve lost significant weight , back and under bust fat.
 I’ve gained almost a full cup size (beyond just going down in band size and up in a cup size with sister sizing ) in the past month, since I started PM and this new program

Here it is 2024 I’m a 34JJ as of this month 47-38-48. I have a small rib cage for my overall size. I had gained a lot of weight in my stomach and that’s took much longer to come off but my hourglass is starting to finally show. I vowed at the beginning of this year I would do it and it’s starting to pay off. I got out of a very bad marriage too and have a wonderful new partner who loves big boobs. That’s also a big plus. I recently started PM and I’m over joyed so I’m going a little bit hard and I’ll most likely scale back. Vitex still does give me a swollen face but it’s not as bad as when I first tried it, and I gave up because it was just out of control. The problem with micro meals is that I tend to want to eat a little more salt than usual because it will kill my appetite and salt, and VITEX are not a good combination for a snatched face again I am adjusting. But again, micro meals, water, fennel tea, help. I’m going to start walking more, but not too much because the micro meals are taking weight off me I don’t want to get too hungry. They’re reducing my stomach because there’s such a little volume but I’m digesting. I’m eating enough calories to be healthy. It’s just in microscopic.

My program
 Are use a double electric breast pump every 2 to 3 hours. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I will use it. I have a few pumps I use the duette at night because I can use a single pump and lay on my side while I sleep or drift in enough and get 20 minutes on each boob. I pump first thing in the morning and before bed. I am not inducing lactation. At this point. I’m just stimulating my breast tissue in milk ducts. The PM and Vitex goes against lactation protocols.

Collagen powder

10:00AM Vitex/ PM double doses of both to mimic BC

Goats Rue/Hops/multivitamin 


4:00 to 5:00 Shatavari 

6:00 Goats rue msm, hair nail vitamins

Bedtime collagen with unsweetened cocoa powder milk
and double PM

Once I reach what I feel is a good size, I’m going to go on nine months of actual birth control, and start the full  Goldfarb protocols for inducing. So I’m preenlarging, my milk, ducts and breast tissue before I mimic  nine months of pregnancy
