I'm a small size but I have excess fat on my stomach and thighs as well as some all over that I'd like to lose! I've been taking fenugreek, dong quai, wild yam, fennel seeds as a strong tea, spearmint tea and I recently introduced maca, I also massage daily, should I apply any of these herbs topically, maybe use them in the massage? Also feel free to critique my routine or make suggestions! After more research I see that wild yam may be useless..?
I do like to water fast to lose weight (my insulin resistance makes it impossible to lose weight any other way pretty much) can I even grow my breasts if I'm not taking in nutrition to grow them? I'm starting to wonder about this... I really want to lose the belly fat (i have issues with insulin resistance making it difficult) whilst at least keeping my breast size and preferably adding some size. Is it possible? Also I'm concerned because I have read about people gaining weight from the herbs I mentioned, is there a way to prevent that?
Has anyone lost weight whilst doing NBE and growing or maintaining their breast size?
