Here I go...again

Hello fellow boobie growers.
Here's to another round of NBE.
I got some leftover stuff: Bountiful Breast, kelp, MSM, Vitamin C, Swiss Lamb Placenta, Bustea, etc.

I tried pretty much everything, but didn't stick with it for longer than 2 months. I either got bored or lost interest or lost hope or whatever in my program. Most of the time, it was because I'm impatient and didn't see results when I expected to. I know, it's pretty unrealistic to take some pills and wake up looking like Pam Anderson the next morning.

Some background information:
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Asian (Korean, Japanese)
Smoker (Thinking about quitting to do the smokeless cigarette thing instead; nicotine only)
No children/Never pregs
Starting size: 36AA (???? according to a bra calculator online)
Goal: Large B-cup or C-cup, but first, into an A-cup
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 125 lbs
Estrogen dominant: Cramps, amenorrhea (I get it once every 2-4 months), facial flushing
Androgenic symptoms: Frequent acne, facial hair (not mustaches/beards, but peach fuzz on forehead)

I'm thinking to experiment with the Swiss Lamb Placenta pills first, just so that I don't waste 'em, and then figure out if I want to continue with the Swiss Lamb Placenta or start on the BB, since I still have a 6 month supply or more.

Tentative program (with Swiss Lamb Placenta)
2000 mg Swiss Lamb Placenta (1000 mg 2x/day) for female hormones
6000 mg MSM (1500 mg 4x/day) for sulfur, a building block of CT proteins
2000 mg Vitamin C (500 mg 4x/day) for uptake of MSM
1500 mg GABA (750 mg 2x/day) for growth hormone
2000 mg L-tyrosine (1000 mg 2x/day) for thyroid function
250 mcg kelp (125 mcg 2x/day) for thyroid function
~50 g of protein via Whey Protein Isolate powder (25 g 2x/day)
Massage with Lavendar oil 1-2x a day (supposedly causes gynecomastia in pre-pubescent boys, haha)

I will probably do the thing starting this weekend, or as soon as I pick up some of those things, namely, the protein and lavendar oil. Also, this program may need some tweaking. It's just a concoction of things that I felt like throwing together, since it seemed to make sense to me, but I don't know...... Feel free to comment or add to my program. I would really appreciate the input.

Yeah, have you considered you weren't getting "results" from BB because your temps weren't high enough? Good luck on your current routine. Heart

hey friends... i've been in this weird rut since i last posted, so i haven't really been putting forth any effort in the boob growing department.... and i haven't visited since my last post (just lurking). i had some leftover Bustea (from greenbush), which i drank 1-4 cups of everyday for 2 months with no results. i was also massaging on a less consistent basis with my lavendar-infused oil.... which gave me a nasty rash for a week!!! boo! so i had to stop that.

i decided to make it a point to be consistent this time around, with the BB program. i ordered powdered L-tyrosine that i started taking yesterday with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. i'm going to wait until i get my temp up to 98.2 - 98.6, just like BB advises, before i start taking BB. once my temp goes up, i'm gonna make my program simple. here it is:

1 BB pill in the AM
apply progesterone cream
1/4 tsp L-tyrosine in grapefruit juice 1 hr later
workout, then drink whey protein isolate
lunch
whey protein isolate drink for snack
dinner
1 BB pill
1/4 tsp L-tyrosine in grapefruit juice
*light massage with baby oil in the shower

i think i'm forgetting stuff; this is off the top of my head. i'll update later. i'm also debating whether to post some starting pics of myself on this site. i was browsing through the the picture gallery earlier.... so shame though!!! Blush ugh. maybe i should...

@amaven: love gong too. my favorite is "light the red lantern" or something like that.

@periwinkle12: i took it for 1-1.5 months before stopping with no results. i didn't take any other supplements, like the protein or L-tyrosine. not to mention, i was barely eating and sleeping during that time too. so i set myself up for failure. i hope that this time around, i will do this thing without trying to cut corners.

@imtrying: yes i have considered that, haha. i had NO IDEA what my temp was the first time around. i took my temp tonight and it was 97.9 deg F. i think i'm gonna take the l-tyrosine for a week by itself before i start the BB.
