Hello fellow boobie growers.
Here's to another round of NBE.
I got some leftover stuff: Bountiful Breast, kelp, MSM, Vitamin C, Swiss Lamb Placenta, Bustea, etc.
I tried pretty much everything, but didn't stick with it for longer than 2 months. I either got bored or lost interest or lost hope or whatever in my program. Most of the time, it was because I'm impatient and didn't see results when I expected to. I know, it's pretty unrealistic to take some pills and wake up looking like Pam Anderson the next morning.
Some background information:
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Asian (Korean, Japanese)
Smoker (Thinking about quitting to do the smokeless cigarette thing instead; nicotine only)
No children/Never pregs
Starting size: 36AA (???? according to a bra calculator online)
Goal: Large B-cup or C-cup, but first, into an A-cup
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 125 lbs
Estrogen dominant: Cramps, amenorrhea (I get it once every 2-4 months), facial flushing
Androgenic symptoms: Frequent acne, facial hair (not mustaches/beards, but peach fuzz on forehead)
I'm thinking to experiment with the Swiss Lamb Placenta pills first, just so that I don't waste 'em, and then figure out if I want to continue with the Swiss Lamb Placenta or start on the BB, since I still have a 6 month supply or more.
Tentative program (with Swiss Lamb Placenta)
2000 mg Swiss Lamb Placenta (1000 mg 2x/day) for female hormones
6000 mg MSM (1500 mg 4x/day) for sulfur, a building block of CT proteins
2000 mg Vitamin C (500 mg 4x/day) for uptake of MSM
1500 mg GABA (750 mg 2x/day) for growth hormone
2000 mg L-tyrosine (1000 mg 2x/day) for thyroid function
250 mcg kelp (125 mcg 2x/day) for thyroid function
~50 g of protein via Whey Protein Isolate powder (25 g 2x/day)
Massage with Lavendar oil 1-2x a day (supposedly causes gynecomastia in pre-pubescent boys, haha)
I will probably do the thing starting this weekend, or as soon as I pick up some of those things, namely, the protein and lavendar oil. Also, this program may need some tweaking. It's just a concoction of things that I felt like throwing together, since it seemed to make sense to me, but I don't know...... Feel free to comment or add to my program. I would really appreciate the input.
