Has anyone tried garlic, for belly fat loss? I've heard that it lowers the cortisol levels (the stress hormone, which makes fat go to the abdomen), it's also good for digestion and it boosts overall antioxidant levels) I know many ppl hate it, because of it's smell, but u can cut a clove in half and swallow it with water. That's what i do I've done it for almost a month and i must say, my belly seems less bloated.
