Side effects of BO?

#1

Hi! I've been a lurker on this forum on and off for years, but I've just now begun trying for bigger breasts in earnest.

I started taking BB about a week ago, one in the morning and one at night. I've also been noogling for just under a week. A few days ago I noticed some blood on my panties but didn't think too much of it because I occasionally bleed lightly between periods (annoying!). But this morning when I went to shower, I noticed a weird discoloration next to my left breast where my bra strap would normally sit. It's sort of a goldish-tan color, pretty dark, but not raised or a different texture or anything. Could this be caused by BB? I don't think noogling would do something like that.

For background, I took BB for several months last year but couldn't do it with regularity, so I stopped and started up again this month.

Please help. I'm really worried.

I would think its more likely to be the pumping is it like a light bruise? Because when I pumped sometimes it would leave a slight bruise or ache where the cup rings were especially where the bra went on after I don't think its anything to worry about.

It is below where the cups sit on my chest, so I don't think it's the noogleberry. It's maybe an inch below my underbust and on the side of my torso under my armpit. It doesn't hurt to touch or anything. It looks like gold marker ink, but I know it isn't (plus it didn't wash off).

So last night, I felt like my period came but so far it's been unusually light. Too heavy to be spotting, though, and if it is my period, it's a week early. I did see others reporting that BO messes with periods.

The mark on the side of my chest is still there. No change from when I first noticed it. I was concerned because I remember reading on another forum several years ago that a woman got a dark spot from taking herbs. Though BO isn't the same thing and BB is FDA approved, right?

So I think I'll continue and see what happens. If anything especially weird happens, I'll stop taking BB and see if that clears it up.

So I did some poking around online. Apparently hormonal change, especially increase in estrogen and progesterone, can cause darkening of the skin.

The color is similar, but it's not on my face or any other area that's prone to sun exposure... Huh I really hope that it's melasma or something similarly not-serious.

I looked at the area again this morning. It looks like it's faded! Hopefully, it completely disappears soon.

That mark is all but gone, now. Yay for not being permanent!

I had it too now that I think about it. Also, I believe BO enlarges the ovaries if taken too long or dose too high. I feel different now than before, around every luteal phase when p and e peaks, I get a more dull ache. I think I am producing more natural hormone. Hopes any way...

A dull ache in your ovaries? I haven't experienced that, but I'm spotting every month in between periods when I usually spot much more infrequently. I can't say I like it. I'm considering taking a break from NBE when I go home for the summer, so we'll see if that normalizes things.
