My period cramps feel like someone kicked me in the vagina a couple of times and maybe got their foot stuck up there. X_x (eww... kind of graphic...)

I either take a bath, heating pad or just take pain killers. If I just let my craps go on the first or second day, I get chills and sweaty and I just look horribly sickly from the pain.

Itching irritating? Are you talking about itching growth I get with my boobies or itching down there?
I don't do anything about my boobs itching. I just scratch at it.
If I'm itchy down there during my period or something I just change my underwear and pads often. It's best to stay fresh down there anyways.

Chills and sweaty is what I get too. I call them my period hot flashes lol. 1 sec I'm hot and opening windows and next second I'm freezing and put on a sweater.

I meant the boobs haha. Ok I was wondering what ppl did when they were scratching away.

Thought I would chime in lol, but maybe not having boobies has been a life saver for me, because my periods are always a breeze. I was on the bcp for a while though (2 years), not anymore, so we'll see what this one coming up has in store... lol, maybe I should be nervous.

But usually my cramps are so minimal or I don't have them at all, I actually feel like a whiner if I complain because I know other ladies are in a much worse boat that time of the month, I got off easssy! Not to boast or anything Tongue

Update

I got appendicitis about 3 weeks ago. Didn't eat for 5 days straight, so I lost boobage and went down to 33.5 inches along with everywhere else on my body.

Now I'm basically back to my normal weight (lacking muscle tone) and my boobs are at 33.9 (was 34 before). So at least it's close to what I gained before.

I am slowly now starting back on the supplements. With one BO a day for the past 3 days and today added kelp.

It's going to take a while to get back to my normal regime.:-/

Yea, at least I can eat and move around normally now. I was extremely weak about 2 weeks ago.

I'm slowly starting to get back to my program, but not taking too many pills at once. Just BO and kelp for now.

Gonna start taking 2 BO and 1 kelp tomorrow. I'm sort of having a hard time getting back on track.:-/

Just figuring out when I should start taking more of the supplements I used to and when. @_@
