Edit Reason: add references for estrogenic herbs
)
Update. Removed clover, peony, corn and saw palmetto from primary herb schedule. Herb schedule from April was focused on androgen balance to progesterone and not enough on estrogens. Mint and clover do not belong in secretory (luteal) phase, and if used, they should be less than 100mg in solid form a day.
Herb schedule is simplified and the total amounts per day are reduced.
Added Schizandra chinensis and Panax ginseng for increasing estrogen production, upregulating estrogen receptors and for ovarian health. Salvia militorrhiza (Chinese or red sage) can replace those two herbs. These three herbs should be useful for lowering androgen symptoms. Uncertain if other species of Schizandra, Panax or Salvia can be used in their place.
If any part of a herb schedule doesn't work within 30 minutes, that part will not work, even if it has worked in the past. If any combination causes bad symptoms, stop taking it.

- Treatment with Panax Ginseng Antagonizes the Estrogen Decline in Ovariectomized Mice
- Effects of ginseng on two main sex steroid hormone receptors: estrogen and androgen receptors
- Estrogenic effect of the extract of Renshen (Radix Ginseng) on reproductive tissues in immature mice.
- Schizandra chinensis exhibits phytoestrogenic effects by regulating the activation of estrogen receptor-α and -β.
- Ameliorative effects of Schizandra chinensis on osteoporosis via activation of estrogen receptor (ER)-α/-β.
- Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge increases estrogen level without side effects on reproductive tissues in immature/ovariectomized mice.
