Did a bit more searching on mk-677.  It's mostly popular among bodybuilders.  Women are using it, but most of them are serious bodybuilders with low body and they often use it for weight loss, so it's hard to say if that's preventing any breast gain.  Plus it's hard to find info from more than a month or two of use.  It's popular in both genders for losing fat without losing muscle, a little muscle gain, deep sleep and youthful feel.  In women it also promotes nice hair, skin and nails after a month, with very fast growing hair and nails.  It greatly increases hunger, especially at the beginning.  It causes bloating, especially at the beginning and if you don't limit sodium / raise potassium.  Bloating can be in extremities, and sometimes there's soreness.  Some people mistake the initial hunger (and almost unavoidable eating) and bloating as weight gain, but soon it leads to weight loss.  The dose is 25 mg but many (though not all) women prefer to use less, such as half.  It does seem very powerful, so especially if not using it for bodybuilding a lower dose might be better.

It's a drug that's still being studied and is not yet available for prescription.  Preliminary 1&2 year study show good safety, but long term is uncertain.  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18981485  It is likely to have the same risks as low dose IGF-1 and HGH; low, but possible long term risks especially among the elderly.  There might be a lot of fakes; but I found conflicting information on this.

Found a decrease in breast size here but it also came with a large overall fat loss: https://forums.steroid.com/igf-1-lr3-hgh...677-a.html  .  The same woman increased breast size with a couple HGH drugs that did not cause as much weight loss.  Again, whether or not it helps with NBE could be masked with the large fat loss it brings.

She says it works really well.  She started at 5 mg and built up, I think to 25 mg.
