Thank you Pansy Mae, and hi, Susan and Rosance,
Don't wash your hair too often in this season: my cat is shedding hair, and when the animals lose their winter furs, washing once a week is more than enough.
I think the iron oxides will look orange. Try making a nice brown with red and green kaolin, and lighten it up with zinc oxide white. You may have to wash some of the powders first. Boron nitride is usually grown in very small crystals, but something like zinc oxide is probably machined. If it smells like oil as they use it in a workshop, use a coffee filter and nail polish remover to get it out.
FG puts on weight. Use just the minimum amount you need to prevent estrogen dominance, and top up with GR until you get enough swelling. My black seed experiment is beginning to look good, too. What I read is true: it increases prolactin, slims the waist, and helps with weight loss, instead of putting on weight like FG.
That cream is expensive, and it mixes ingredients that you could use more economically by cycling, like milk thistle in follicular phase, and WY and PC in luteal.
