Along with the greens I had you look at..oh it is a powder ..I ordered this one too to switch every other day http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SWR060/ItemDetail what do you think of this one..this one has atlantic kelp does the first one I showed you have any iodine from any of the ingredients..is this one I listed now good for NBE but I am mainly wanting to take them for my skin, hair, nails, and overall health..I am only doing one serving a day of each but not on the same day..take one one day next the other..now this one I listed it say 2 teaspoons for a serving if I take half would that be better is there too much iodine for that one serving..dont want to overdue on that and A this one is low in A the other is very high but not past the RDA also I wonder if I need my multi..I already take away from the multi separate is my liq. b complex, b5, folic I think I will have to do folic every other day, and I take biotin 5000mg, as I think about it sounds like I should just take my multi on the days I dont take the high A...also can I take these both on the say day you think it wouldnt cancel each other out would it? see the thing is I dont eat that much greens, barely and the ones I do eat are nothing to them nutrient wise also I believe the nutrient value from the fresh from the stop loss its value by the time it arrives..anyway sorry for reallyyyyyyyyyy rambling..
I am thinking of taking some GR or FG again but my body is doing good, rash on hand is just about gone so not sure..I started back yesterday taking 1 wy and 1 PM..just using them sparingly just enough to help with my body not for NBE really..just me putting weight on is giving me my titas and booty..sometimes I will throw in a maca if I feel tired..maybe do own tomorrow morning and see how I feel..ok done.
