Hey everyone, what do you think is the best way to lose some weight on the protein diet, take PM & avoid losing breasts ??
I like the protein diet coz it is quite easy to stick with, but the more fat you eat the more weight you lose. I tend to keep the veggiecarbs a lil higher so I don't just start to drop weight too quickly.
I want to keep my breasts but have skinnier calves, they are just too chunky..aaarrgh. I like the protein diet not just for weight loss but it kinda strips down the flab & makes my skin look more luscious.
Any thoughts...??
