d-aspartate- increased prolactin levels

Interesting article about the link between d-aspartate and increased prolactin levels, which is necessary for lactation. Why lactate? Think of it this way, prolactin will help get the lactiferous ducts to enlarge, therefore adding to the permanent mass of breast tissue. If one does not want to lactate, then you should stop taking d-aspartate as soon as you begin to lactate.

For biological males, be forewarned, it will increase testosterone, however it also increases estrogen in females, sooo.... in theory, if your biological male under the influence of estrogen, it may upregulate the estrogen.

Thoughts comJments or corrections?

Another good article outlining the role it plays in upregulate cAMP as well as hgh.

It is 3 pages of info, including what foods contain D-aspartate.

I think this amino acid is worth looking into for NBE.

I'm A word of caution: chemicals that cause chemical sensitivity all stimulate NMDA receptors, just like d-aspartate does.

According to this link, more than 3g of D-aspartate a day will actually lower testosterone.

Good news!
