Hi,
Maybe that's not the right subject heading for this but my question is: if you have regular cycles, doesn't that mean your hormones are generally balanced? Then, how would you know which hormones you should be trying to enhance or suppress? The ratio of progesterone/estrogen, hence cycling estrogenic supplements in the follicular part of cycle with pc cream for example in luteal?
My cycles are regular. I don't even get severe cramps anymore like I used to due to change in diet. However I spot for a few days before my actual full blown period starts which, from what I've read, could mean low progesterone?? Does this mean I should try to increase progesterone in luteal?
I know I've touched on many things here but I'm confused so any input is appreciated.
Thanks!
