i know that some women in the past(on the old forum) have used it but if i remember correctly they didn't feel it did much. It really is not something one should take long term, atleast that is my understanding.

The black cohosh is used a lot for the menopause symptoms. I have seen it listed in quite a number of NBE herbal products.

Yes black cohoch is good for the menopause. Apparently it's good too for treatuing snakebites.

Black Cohosh is a LH suppressor. It is good for menopause symptoms because LH goes high and stays there. Those who are not in menopause should avoid it like the plague.
