pains good or bad sign?

#1

Hi,
So I decided to take a little break from my program. I was just doing wonderup. I've been off it for three weeks and almost as soon as I went off it I got these weird pains in my boobs. They pains would come on and off for about a week I was just wondering if that was a bad or good sign?

Hey Elise! I've never used Wonderup, but i've been doing herbs. I know that with doing them, some girls will take a break from them when they feel they've stalled, and if you feel pains or itching after you stop it's usually a sign that the doses were too high. The pains are usually growing pains. I've never experienced this. I've been taking herbs for 6 weeks, and haven't felt anything. I stopped for a week thinking maybe i'd stalled or my doses were too high, but didn't feel anything, so i'm thinking herbs might not be for me.

I would suggest starting your doses out very slowly and pay attention to how your boobs feel with each dose. It's important to not over take the herbs, cause then you will do nothing but flood your body with too much for it to handle. You wanna grow on the lowest dose possible, and once you no longer feel growth from that dose, you can up it a little. But always remember it's important to take breaks from your herbs from time to time and to a cleanse to keep your body from getting clog with unwanted leftoversSmile

I would give anything to be feeling growing pains myself, so consider it a good thing! No pain, no gain! Best of luckBig Grin

MacoJaco is right about the pains after stalling. When you decide to start back up, start on a lower dose and ramp up slowly. When you start seeing results on the lowest dosage, stick to that routine.

MacoJaco, if you've only been on herbs for 6weeks, it might be too early to tell whether or not herbs is for you or not. When I first started, it took me a while to finally get to the right herbs and at the right amounts for my body. It also may take up to 3 months for the herbs to take effect, so wait until then and see if you've gotten any growth. Good luck in your journeys girls!

As per my opinion you can go for treatment. Pain means something wrong in your body whether it is harmless hormonal changes or something else, you should consult your doctor. SO it is very better for your good health.
