Almost all nbe pills increase estrogen. This includes BO as well. If you want to up your progesterone you’ll have to take progesterone cream.
However, the problem with progesterone is it just causes swelling in the breasts, and the minute you stop the breast tend to go back to their original shape. This, has a lot to do with how progesterone works as a hormone. During most of pregnancy, women are progesterone dominant. The progesterone increases the size of the milk ducts in the breast to accommodate for the mother’s milk when pregnancy occurs - Progesterone, will swell the canals in your breast, but not really generate new tissue. Estrogen on the other hand, will over time.
I would like to ask you about your pcos if you don’t mind. Pcos, is quite a serious condition: it is primarily characterised with a lack of ovulation, and very very irregular periods, like 4-5 period in a year for serious cases. Having difficulty procreating does not mean you have pcos. Also, Pcos is a bit like adhd where many people get misdiagnosed by doctors every year because there is no specific test for it. You really need to ask 2,3 doctors if you think you really have it, because many doctors get lazy when it comes to this kind of stuff and just go with what the patient tells them.
In regards to estrogen dominance, you should get your hormones checked if you think you are.
Best of luck
2-3 doctors said already.
And yes, when I take progesterone cream, my breasts are swelling but my menstruation seems to make my swelling gone.
But My period doesn’t so long.
My period is rather 2-3weeks.
I menstruated frequently and jumbled. (2-3weeks, or sometimes 5weeks)
I don’t know how should I do.
I want to try bo but
Estrogens doesn’t seem to help me anymore.
For 3years when I have tried nbe,,,
When I take estrogen, it just disturbed my period. Nothing good effect for me!!!!!!!
So if I want to try BO, how should I do?
If I take BO in my luteal phases, does it help boosting P or E?
