Lol! Kidding, of course. This is a conundrum of sorts.. Remind me again where you found that omega 3's cause an increase in T? Somehow that really doesn't seem likely to me, but like I've been saying.. that's just my gut feeling on it.
I had numbness in the nipple area, which hasn't actually resolved yet. But again, I think I'm not absorbing nutrients like b vitamins right now because of the gut issue. SO, I do plan to try again because I hate to give up on noogling so easily! I'm sure warmer weather helps.. If my circulation was excellent at the moment, then i could probably noogle up some double D's in one session right now.. the weather is like an inferno here!!!
Really?? Probiotics..blood pressure?? How weird. Oh well, even if that's correct, I have to take probiotics and it's a good idea for you to keep going with them too. I think one reason that so many articles are touting blood pressure-lowering effects is because so many people have high pressure and want things to fix that. So on a positive note, at this rate you and I will certainly NEVER have to worry about high blood pressure!

When I read the first sentence you wrote, I seriously thought you had found a solution to this madness!!
I'm not sure about omega 3 but here are just a few links stating that fish oil in particular increases testosterone: https://www.quora.com/How-does-fish-oil-...stosterone

Then again, according to this study it decreases testosterone (correct me if I'm wrong): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3941370/
Oh and in the thread that I posted in that other thread (lol) about "fatty suggestions", a member or two complained about acne and I remember I also got acne when I was much younger while taking fish oil. Not 100% sure if there is any correlation. Anyway, if I continue EPO (omega 6), I was thinking of opting for krill oil to obtain omega 3 (it also contains astaxanthin which goes back to our discussion about how it could decrease DHT....hopefully it doesn't increase or lower anything else...... ).
Yes, let us know when you start noogling/taking supplements for NBE! And yes continue taking probiotics. I'm taking it too and EPO and inositol and sea buckthorn (all lower blood pressure apparently) so like you cleverly said, maybe they write that on purpose!
