Hi all
I have been taking herbs for about 8 months now I think (with breaks) and I could not figure out while I have been so bloated this whole time. I feel so full of air and am constantly burping. Finally, I looked up the side effects again for all of the herbs I take and found out that the majority of them cause bloating.
I didn't even think about that before because when I had checked side effects before taking these herbs I disregarded the bloating thinking it wasn't that big of a deal. I was more concerned with more serious health risks.
I just wanted to share with everyone that peppermint tea has really been helping me!
I try to drink one cup of peppermint tea a day and I have noticed a decrease in bloating. It's not completely gone, but I feel a LOT more comfortable!
