Hey everyone... I've been away from this site for a long time but now I'm back. I took the hormone balance test of Dr. Lee's and turns out I have estrogen dominance.
Because of this, what should I do now? What products would work the best for me? I'm looking for something that will give me permanent results.
Thanks!

A few Rhetorical questions, then the relavent answers:
it depends on how you came to estrogen dominance.. is it naturally or via HRT (hormone replacement therapy), or by suppliment such as Pueraira Mirifica, or Fenugreek? ,
Also, are you geneticicaly female?
the Endocrinological system is a fragile thing at best, too much of one not enough balance of another.. yadda yadda..
Picture your hormones as a balancing scale, on one side you have estrogen, the other side you have progesterone.. too much of one, not enough of the other, then your system is off-balance. Best to talk to your endo. and see if there is a better treatment for you to get things in check . Self medicating may be hazardous to your health ( no joke).
If your estrogen dominance is by way of suppliments or HRT, then a reduced dosage immediately will remedy most situations. IT may take a week or two for the body to right itself on its hormonal trajectory..
Best of luck.

I'm naturally like this. I haven't tried any breast enhancement products as of yet.
Yes, I am genetically female.
Ha ha, I'm sorry, but what's an "endo"?

An "endo" is short for an endocrinologist. It's a doctor who specializes with the glandular system and hormones.

That sounds... expensive. Do I really have to balance my hormones before starting any NBE products?

Do you not have medical insurance? If you can't afford to see an endo, then you don't really NEED to, especially if you're already absolutely certain you have estrogen dominance.
Get some USP progesterone cream and start small with it, gradually increasing your dose until your symptoms go away.
Then just use the cream as indicated, I think they say something about cycling it, 2 or 3 weeks out of a cycle depending on if you're menstrual or not.
Once you're balanced, you can see if you get growth just from being properly balanced, some women do.
If not, then we can talk about mixing in an NBE program

My dad says I do and maybe my other menstrual problems will be a good excuse to visit one. I have awful symptoms.
USP progesterone cream... got it.
THANK YOU!
