So, like everyone else, I'm wondering what the verdict is on the biggest bang for the buck. At this point, I mainly want it to slow down my early menopause symptoms which I'm reading that this does. Also, which is better? Pill or lotion form?

Hi Mel, definately the pill to postpone menopause. Topicals work better for NBE, so, if you want to have both then you can use both. Just make sure you do a liver cleanse once in a while because unlike flax, for example, PM actually stimulates estrogen receptors (both positive and negative ones) and you surely know what this means. Menopausal women can take the pills throughout the month but those who still have periods should better cycle (day 1 - ovulation or day 6 - 21 depending on what you own reserch and tests will convince you on), here it is all tial and error, well, as always in NBE.
I highly recommend you go through the archived forum to gather as much information as possible - which brand is said to be reputable, thish one worked for most, which was better for younger girls, which was better for a menopuasal or peri-menopausal women, etc. You will also notice that many of the suppliers (but not all!) recommend taking extremely high doses, like 1000mg a day or even more. I don't think it is any good, but it's up to you to decide for yourself.

I hear liver cleanses can be nasty though- give you diarrhea and maybe vomiting. Is there any way to gradually cleanse the liver as you go along?

Thanks Ginie. For some reason I haven't been able to reach the old forum today but I have been digging through your program page today and after reading through the pm forum I went with the siriporn today and ordered the pills and cream.
Liver cleanse is no prob for me. I do the old fashion one at least every 6 months. Epson salts....olive oil...grapefruit juice.....ick bit thorough.
Whitevalkyrie, you can use milk thistle and some livercleanse supplement mixes to cleanse slowly if you prefer but if you can ever stomach it a real livercleanse supplement can work wonders.

Mel, Philli on the NB forum uses siriporn PM if I remember correctly and she swears by it.

Thanks anastasia, I'll see if I can read up on some of her post over on nb. I always thought her breast growth was all from nb and was just amazed.
