I started the Blake Talks 4 days ago and I don't think I'm getting hypnotised, I don't feel I am waking up more/feeling more alert when I am coming out of the trance (ie when he counts back at the end of the track). So I don't think I'm getting hypnotised. I am going to keep at it though and see. I will let you know how I get on.
In the meantime I thought I might try subliminal and ring tones as I've seen a few posts on here, and how quickly they work, and I just wondered if the results are permanent (and safe).
Please can anybody explain what a subliminal is, and where I can get one from, and does anybody recommend a particular one. Is there a free one I could try before purchasing one.
