I have, and always have had, a very irregular cycle. I can easily go from 1-3 months between periods, seemingly at random. I have no other "women's issues" to speak of, and I do not have any suspicions that the irregularity is a symptom of some sort of serious underlying disorder. Should I attempt to normalize my cycle somehow before starting BE, or does it not matter as far as results are concerned? I personally do not believe that my irregular cycle is dangerous in and of itself, or that it puts at me at any special risk, so that is not why I'm asking. If I do need to normalize my period, what should I take to do so?

Irregular periods don’t usually stop breast enhancement results, but they can make hormone-based methods less predictable since growth often follows stable estrogen–progesterone patterns.
Many women with irregular cycles still see results, especially with non-hormonal approaches like massage, pumping, and overall nutrition. You don’t have to normalize your cycle before starting BE if you’re otherwise healthy, but more hormonal stability can lead to more consistent results, and any attempt to regulate your cycle is best done with medical guidance rather than self-treatment.

Yes I agree with that answer. You don’t have to normalize your cycle before starting BE. In fact it has happened sometimes that taking BE supplements itself has been known to normalize the cycle.
