Are those who are on herbal breast enhancement generally doing nothing but take herbs? It seems like a very lazy way to try and grow breasts compared to the effort that people put into pumping?

I would say that most people on herbal breast enhancement are also massaging in one form or another. If not, they really should be.

So this is obviously rage bait with the "seems a very lazy way" comment but I will say something, tell me you know lil to nothing about NBE without telling me.
MANY people over the decades on this site have grown alot from herbs or massage alone. Just pumping alone is actually considered lazy because you arent doing anything besides sitting and waiting, whereas herbs act on the breast growing receptors, massage encourages prolactin, circulation etc and if with a estrogenic oil, targets the breasts directly. Pumping should preferably always be done alongside herbs or glandulars etc or even with massage. I personally have been at this for many many years, and have grown from herbs and massage alone from a DD to a GG and then an H cup and am still growing. So no, myself, and all those NBE greats before us weren't/aren't lazy lol we just know the right ways to grow.

I didn't realize that most people on herbal breast enhancement are also massaging. That's interesting to know.

I'm not saying it's impossible to grow without massaging. I know some on herbal breast enhancement have indeed grown without massaging, but it's highly recommended. I'll repeat what I said before, if anyone on herbs isn't also massaging, they really should be.

Herbs might seem like the easy option, but it's not about what's the easiest choice. It's about finding what works for you or is likely to work for you.

Calling one approach “lazy” implies a value judgment that doesn’t really help the discussion. Pumping and herbs are simply different methods, each with its own pros and cons. What works, or is manageable, for one person may not be for another.
I'd sum it up this way. Different methods suit different people. Pumping isn’t the only valid approach, and choosing herbs doesn’t mean someone isn’t making an effort or doesn't have commitment. It just means they’ve chosen a different approach.
