Hi everybody sorry I have not updated my program in forever and I’ve been off this website. I will be on here regularly now. I’m done with Reddit and the bans on there for no reason.
The last time I posted in July 2024 I was doing a version of inducing lactation that included PM and Vitex as well foods like oatmeal. I was at a 34J/JJ UK it took me finally until about a month ago to get to a UK K cup.
I only wear the Molly bra by Elomi which is a nursing bra. I will mention later as to why I think it’s so critical.
After a few months on my program I started in July 2024 I decided to take birth control and explore surfer Joe’s program. Both of these were pivotal. Surfer Joe’s program is excellent. I can’t recommend it enough. Just do your own tweaks here and there and it does work. And yes, the foods are pivotal. That’s the hardest part. I’ve had as far as daily discipline.
It’s extremely important in my opinion that you take the supplements at the same time each day. Like you have one set time for your tissue builder stack, the birth control pill, of course, etc. if you can’t do the exact times, then I tend to do just keeping them in an order at least. And it makes a big difference
This is my current routine and it’s really working well for me. All dosages are recommended on the back of the bottle unless otherwise stated. If there are days where I feel more stress, then I will take double saw palmetto
Marlissa combo birth control pill
2 tablespoons of flax oil and half a Dixie cup of soy milk
DHT blocker stack: NOW 320 mg Saw palmetto /Insositol OOT myo-Dchiro 500 mg
Tissue building stack: doctors bedt MSM, Labo labs silica, thrive thistle hyaluronic acid, 2 tablespoons of fish oil by Nordic naturals
Goats rue, blessed thistle, Alfalfa
Busty Boost proprietary blend at bedtime sometimes with one Vitex or two aguaje
While I know the proprietary blends aren’t everybody’s favorite thing. I found this one has little bits and pieces of everything. I don’t really use but that if I use it in a small amount, it actually boosts what I’m doing hence the name?
I’m massage twice a day and when it’s convenient, there is partner nipple stimulation.
I should use my nipple double electric breast pump that I would use to induce lactation, but it’s just so time consuming. As I’ve mentioned before, I personally don’t believe in breast enlargement pumps for myself or anyone who has damaged tissue but I completely understand how they work for people and I have seen people get excellent results.
Couple things I could be doing to enhance growth even further than I’m not doing:
-pumping With a double electric breast pump
-Not drinking caffeine. I go back-and-forth, but I have kind of backslid into a little bit of coffee and black tea drinking
-Following surfer Joe’s diet guidelines. The salad he recommends and the drink with the rice bran really do work
-Eating more oatmeal. After years of inducing lactation, it really does enhance
