How is PM typically used?

#1

I’m doing my 3 month trial of:

3500 mg FG
1000 mg Fennel
400 vitex
Combined BC
2 dropperfuls goats rue tincture
25 Spironolactone (instead of SP)
500 5HTP for prolactin
Tablespoon of chewed caraway seed
Vitamin D
Maca once every 2 days, since I have big hips

I will be receiving 100 mg Spiro and 10 mg Domperidone once it finishes shipping from overseas, and integrate that.

How do I integrate PM into my program. Do I just add the 500 mg capsule or do I use it in lieu of FG?

Basically, I just want huge boobs.

There is a lot going on here so my first questions are:
Do you need your birth control to prevent pregnancy or is it only for nbe?
Are you trying to keep your large hips?
Do you have a link to the fenugreek or what brand is it?  Does the label say if it is whole herb or some kind of extract?
What’s huge?  Is a 41 inch plenty and then you’d want to stop, or would you want to keep going?  Because 3-4 more inches might not require too much when you’re already growing.

Although I get laid from time to time  the BC is actually also necessary for skipping periods which I hate and getting rid of my body hair, acne and autistic sensory issues relating to periods. I’m also planning to use it in combination with domperidone to prevent lactation when it finally ships.

I’m neutral about hip size though I’m working out to get a firmer butt, and the fenugreek is whole herb, nutricost brand. That’s why im not taking a lot of Maca. I just found Maca in the cabinet from an anti aging project years ago.

There isn’t actually any fenugreek extract going on actually. Im starting to get boob greed and I would like to be bigger than 41 inches and just see how big I can get. It could stem from the fact that the supplements are raising my libido causing me to watch porn and I’m basing my body image on porn rather than Vogue magazine.

My growth seems to have stalled for the past 2 weeks, which is why I’m looking for another option.

Ah ok.  I’d start with the foods in my signature link first of all.  The vegetables are better than the nuts, especially if dieting, but the nuts are still better nutrients per calorie than most foods.  Max out as soon as your stomach allows and perhaps a little extra.  Because they are unlikely to cause anything but positive benefits and form a strong foundation both for growth and for avoiding side effects.  And because they might take a few months to give the full benefits.

Growth often takes months or sometimes years, not days.  You’re off to a quick start.  Fluctuations within a cycle may occur too, so in a couple weeks growth might resume.  But don’t worry if it takes longer to keep going.

I’m not sure about the safety of the drugs so you may want to look into that.  I’ve read conflicting information on domperidone.  Some countries say it’s fine, at least the U.S. doesn’t,  and it’s related to arguments over the validity of a study.  Without lactation it might do less for growth but is probably a little helpful.  And dropping progestin/progesterone to allow lactation would hurt growth anyway.  I know even less about spironolactone safety, could be fine or not.  Also reducing your T too much could make it hard to gain muscle and shrink your hip measurement as well.  Likewise I think huge growth is possible without it but it should help breast growth a little.  Both seem like a bit much to me but I don’t know if they’re really that bad.  If you drop spiro then you can add saw palmetto extract back in as it may help a little with acne from herbs and growth without affecting regular T.  Only DHT or the effects of DHT.  That’s not clear but it has very high safety in studies, and anecdotal success stories for nbe and acne.

I’d also start with:
  • 3,000 mg MSM capsules.  For collagen materials.
  • 1,500 mg freeze dried aloe capsules.  Not other drying methods nor juice/gel that isn’t fresh off the plant, which could damage or degrade the sensitive active compounds.  Stimulates more collagen production rather than discarding all of the excess materials.  Building collagen helps perkiness and a little growth.  Plus it’s super good for skin and various other benefits, and tends to not have side effects.
  • 500 mg PM.  From what I read I think your birth control is much more progestin than estrogen (compared to what’s medium/high for each).  So hopefully that will make the PM less likely to cause side effects or weight gain since it’s balanced out.  The PM may even reduce the BC side effects via better balance, and balancing hormones sometimes even leads to weight loss.  See how 500 mg goes to confirm before trying more.  On the same 21 days as your BC should be simplest.  After all you’re already getting estrogen and the progestin to balance it out on those days anyway.  Ainterol or Purafem is good, or others recommended by past users in the forums.  Unlike other herbs most of the time, you can sometimes get bad PM.
Normally I would say fenugreek before PM but if your BC really is partly imbalancing your hormones heavily towards progestin then balancing them comes first.  Or at least finding out that I read wrong about the BC balance if PM doesn’t help.  I’d be more sure without the BC and using progesterone cream instead of BC, but oh well.

Next if 500 mg PM goes well then I’d try 1,000 mg PM and see if your hormonal balance and growth improves further.  Again if there are side effects then go back down.  That means growth probably won’t improve anyway.  Then I’d finally pick up a 50% saponin fenugreek extract and start with 1,200 mg.  This might cause a little weight gain, but it should level off and you can lose it again.  If you have hypoglycemia then don’t use it at all.  When you’re ready and if there are no side effects you can go up to 2,400 mg or slightly more.  Slightly more might not help much more but it usually doesn’t hurt at all either.  As for the fenugreek you’re already taking, since it’s whole herb it’s not very strong but helps a little.  You can keep using it until it runs out even from the beginning.  I wouldn’t increase it because the whole herb might upset your stomach in higher amounts.  After all of the above give it 4-8 months to reach max size, and don’t fret if growth isn’t as fast later.

Ashwagandha extract can help with anxiety.  As can the foods and optionally probiotics.  But mostly if an herb gives you trouble it’s better to drop it or reduce it and wait a few months on the foods before cautiously trying again.  Pushing it is not only bad for you but usually doesn’t help growth either.

5g creatine powder and 2,000 mg HMB capsules can help with muscle building workouts.

Some people don’t want to use anything with PM but some have used it with fenugreek and it went well.  I think it has something to do with competition for estrogen receptors.  But fenugreek does more in the ovaries than directly and it works with several other hormones.  And estrogen being too low isn’t the issue.  PM is super strong so getting enough plant estrogen is easy.  Using too much is more often the problem, especially if not balanced with progestin or progesterone.

Thanks. I’ll try the MSM and Aloe first and wait a month maybe to think about Pueraria. The vegetables in your list are things I often eat. I eat cabbages, broccoli and cilantro very frequently because of the low cost, and also grow cilantro at home. I eat a great deal of fish as a coast dweller.
