Fenugreek + reishi = stomach problems

#1

Hi,

I’ve got a question for more experienced people. I’ve started my journey slowly with fenugreek and red reishi about three weeks ago. First i noticed the tingling on breasts, but then i started to get pain on my liver area.

During the last week i had to visit the hospital for the pain and they found kidney stones that were removed. Now this morning i took my fg+reishi pills again and the pain is back.

Is there something in any of these, that could cause the pain? And is there alternatives for them? PM is out of the question on my country, but i was thinking of adding red clover in the mix before these pains.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I think it is safer to topically apply. Use Almond oil or Coconut oil, mix in some fenugreek and massage gently into breasts. I don't know about reishi.

Okay, i found fenugreek, reishi and red clover extracts, but could someone confirm that these would work as topically applied?
