Whole body modification

What do I need to take/do/undergo in order to:

1. Make my broad shoulders narrow and even rib cage (not just disguising through clothing, but literally making my shoulders smaller). I searched on google and discovered that I am not the only one with this problem. However, there doesn't seem to be a real solution to it other than accepting how your body is or just concealing it with clothing. I searched for shoulder braces that can achieve this but there seems to be none, or for surgeries but same result. I also need to make my ribcage smaller along with my shoulders.

2. Create wider hips. Any supplements, anything? Other than the fat injecting surgery?

Actually I heard that taking Femimore combined with ShapeShift or ShapeCorrect will make your hips bigger and your butt larger, so I might give this a try. It also says that the results are permanent and takes a year or so to get the results....Does anyone have knowledge of these products or experience of them?

3. Flatten out the curve on my back. It's like a small hill on my upper back...I looked in milkwaukee braces and that might be the thing for me, but I have no idea how to get it without having to go to the doctors. I also dont know how to use it, and if it'll really help me.

4. For bigger breasts, I'm going to give Noogleberry a go because that's all I can afford at the moment. However, I'm concerned about whether using it is safe or not for my body, whether it's permanent or requires maintenance, and also whether it'll cause my breasts to sag and have stretch marks once I discontinue using it.

5. For bigger butt, I'm going to use gelatinized Maca powder. I don't know whether it'll make my butt bigger and if the growth will be permanent though.

6. How do I create a more desirable foot shape? Are there feet braces that can do this?

7. Make my legs straight? They are very bowed. However, is there another way to make them straight other than having a surgery? Maybe leg braces?

8. I am thinking of corset training to create a waist but I don't think the results are permanent...I might need to wear it continuously, and that's not something I want to do for the rest of my life....only temporarily, with permanent results.

Thanks in advance for any helpful responses.

For the back issue, I suggest the following:

Go to a chiropractor and get adjusted. You'll be AMAZED at what this can do for both your shape and the way you feel, both physically and emotionally.

Practice good posture. Back straight, shoulders back, chest out. This will help reduce the appearance of your shoulders in addition to making your breasts appear larger.

Try Pilates. I haven't done it myself and so you'll have to research a good program and put together a good routine for yourself, but pilates is known to elongate the body and give it a sleeker, more streamlined appearance. It should help with your back and strengthen your muscles to help you maintain good posture.

Hi,

The only things from that list that I think you can change realistically is the problem with your back (I suggest practicing good body posture and maybe going to physical therapy) and making your butt bigger. There are exercises out there that will make it look larger, but I think these exercises just tone the fat you already have, rather than giving you more fat.

I don't want you to think I'm preaching in this next part, but as for the rest of those changes, I think you should just accept how they are, mainly because I don't think there's a way to fix them (except going under the knife), and a lot of them are so minimal that nobody would notice them anyway. :-/ Desirable foot shape? Nobody pays attention to the shape of other people's feet except in movies and fashion shows. The Chinese used to make women's feet smaller by making them wear shoes that were too small or binding them, but it was a really painful process for most of them. [Edited out part about legs, because I misunderstood you]

Don't get me wrong, I think it's okay for people to cry to change their appearances and bodies to have more confidence (or else I wouldn't be on this forum, trying to find ways to make my boobs bigger Blush), but I think when people start trying to change every single little thing about their bodies, it becomes unhealthy. Your list is pretty long, and hardly any of those things have any easy (or any at all) natural solutions. I doubt even plastic surgery could solve some of those problems.

Over a period of years, estrogen, phytoestrogens, herbs and exercise have helped to re-structure parts of my body. The estrogens and herbs have caused my breasts to become quite full B cup, and obvious to everyone.

The exercise regimen was designed for weight control and re-shaping. No hour glass has been created, but legs are much shapelier due to the treadmill and bicycle. The biggest change has been the impact at butt. The use of glute machines has caused the growth of buns that now show through some slacks and certainly shorts. The exercise program is not real extensive, but is folowed five days a week. Biking and putting the treadmill on an incline have caused bun development. The weight machines have developed glute muscles. The extent to which estrogen and herbs helped is not known, but today my body has some feminine appearances.

lets face it, trying to force your ribcage smaller and your shoulders are not realistic at all. you have to accept them. your ribs are a certain shape for a reason, and the only ones you can move without too much worry are the floating ribs, since they dont have cartilage in the middle. as for shoulders, you cant force bone to narrow. also, your feet are that shape for a reason as well, they are grown for you to be able to balance and stand, why do something crazy to risk that? i suggest you re-evaulate your confidence, if you think that much is wrong with your body. not trying to be mean, but im not going to help instill false hope that you can somehow change how your skeleton is.

Once they used to wear corsets to make the ribcages appear smaller, but it was a temporary fix, only used for going to dances and such. You might´ve heard of women fainting when they were using them because they couldn´t breathe well. I seriously think this is quite inhuman! Luckily this was centuries ago, now we are "allowed" to move freely.
I also think Marlene Dietrich had some of her lower ribs removed to seem slimmer, and some of her molars as well to have more pronounced cheekbones, very creepy... personally I think there´s something sinister about doing that to yourself.

So my advise would be to not worry about it and concentrate on the things you do like about your body. Also, try to be nice and nurturing to your body, have a foot massage, a nice bath, do some exercize you enjoy - be it dancing, yoga, swimming, whatever. No need to torture yourself!

Okay I'm gonna be very frank here, I know everyone else is thinking it but too scared to say it, but I feel it needs said. Please go to counseling! I am definitely NOT saying this to be mean, not at all. But from everything you said, it appears you have no self esteem and are determined to change these things eventhough you have seen there is no real way and I feel it can be unhealthy! I have a genuine interest in psychology and I have read many books on it, these things you are obsessing over at unhealthy, you could become suicidal and ultimately if you try to "fix" things about you that are not fixable, you can permanently screw yourself and the outcome will be much worse, or you can kill yourself trying to do these things. Narrowing the ribs? That is just crazy, your ribs are the size they are so your lungs are protected underneath them, if there was a way to narrow them, your lungs would not be able to expand the way they need to for a healthy life and it could cause death. I'm no doctor but this is common sense. Now I do not want you to think I am attacking you, but sometimes we do not realize our goals are unrealistic and that we need help, we need someone else to tell us. I have been in this situation where I needed someone else to tell me I needed help, but not the same as your situation... growing up and in my young teens and preteens I went through some things and lost all sense of myself. I became distant, emotionless, suicidal, etc. And I didn't realize how I was and that I needed help till a very good friend got in my face about it and told me straight up to go to counseling. I went to a psychologist and I believe that saved me. Now I'm grown and a much better person, don't you want that for yourself? Do yourself a favor and just go talk to someone about these issues, it will make you feel 100 times better, believe me, I know. *hugs* just remember we are all beautiful in our own way, if I seriously sat down and tried to make myself perfect, I would want to be taller, waist smaller, legs a lil longer, better skin, my boobs are grown with NBE so no worries there, but seriously, thinking about things that are impossible like me being taller is silly. I am 5'1 for a reason, it is who I am, and I am beautiful. No one is perfect, period. We all have flaws, even models. All model pics are photoshopped! ALL OF THEM! I use to model, I did photoshoots, trust me on this. If you seen these lovely ladies in person, you would see their flaws. But I feel that beauty is withing the differences we all have, and the flaws. It's like an old victorian style house, I find them absolutely gorgeous, and they all have flaws, but those flaws are beautiful. Think of yourself that way, go in the mirror and instead of finding what is wrong with you, find what is beautiful. You may have gorgeous eyes or hair, but you are so concentrated on your shoulders that you are missing them. Go tell yourself you are beautiful. I guarantee there are a ton of males that would find you sexy. No two males find the same exact women sexy every time. They all have different taste, and why? Because like us, they are all different, they all have flaws. And we find them attractive right? It goes the other way around, just remember that. If I were there with you I'd give you a big hug. I really think you need it. And I hope you will see the beauty in yourself and stop trying to alter it.

Hi Choco, i have to agree with what anastasia has said, i mean i am all for people changing certain things to become happier and more content with themselfs, i have but do it for the right reasons for yourself. Everyone is beautifull in there own unique way and it sounds like you lack confidence in yourself in a big way and its confidence that attracts people not how big your boobs are or how small your feet are and so on. You sound to me like you have a form of body dysmorphia and this is very serious and you should see a doctor or theripist just to talk things over, i mean i did and i am very happy. There are things that i can never change, my feet are huge lol my shoulders are broad, i have a male voice which i can only change the pitch and softness of, and so on. We are how we are and we can change certain aspects of our bodys to make us happier, thats why we are all here but your skeleton is a no no honey, so dont try to change things that you cant change and concentrate on the things you can to build your confidence and be happy. I really hope you are ok and sort this out hun as in some ways i can relate to you, i have gone through a transformation myself but i had specialist help and i knew what was possible and what is not and i think thats what you need to learn before you do yourself harm. I hope this doesent sound harsh hun its not meant that way i just want you to be ok.
Hugs Cheryl xxxx
