Hi friends,
i am getting my hormones tested tomorrow and would like to post my results when i get them back for any light on what herbs and supplements i could take to help my NBE journey.
I'm a 37 year old cis female (no kids) and i am worried i might be too old for supplements to work. Hopefully that's not the case but would love feedback once i get the results in! Have a great day.
