Joe, would this work? I trust this brand, I’ve been using it for my PM! Maybe I would just take one or two pills?

I’m also confused because some fenugreek advertises as increasing lactation in mothers and others like below talks about raising testosterone levels??

Also could I take a larger dosage of saw palmetto if I didn’t want to use the above brand? I found another brand I wanted to use but it’s just a much higher dosage. Thanks!!!!

Also I was researching this brand...it’s high potency but doesn’t list saponin...

“High potency” is nothing but marketing.  Try this:

I saw an experiment which extracts Sarsasapogenin from Zhi Mu for breast enhancement. And wiki says Sarsasapogenin is a steroidal sapogenin, that is the aglycosidic portion of a plant saponin. Does that mean I can just get Saponin extract instead of Zhi Mu, and it will work the same?

Also I have back pimples since always. Is it a sign of excess T?

Thanks, Joe.

It may possibly work, but I don’t know much about it.  Not all saponins are for NBE so it may or may not do anything.  Iirc sarsapogenin is good topically for nbe for reasons that may be different from shatavari or fenugreek saponins.  Perhaps increasing fat cells.  IMO use shatavari or fenugreek saponin capsules to be safe but if you also want to try a sarsapogenin topical extract it wouldn’t hurt.

Acne is often related to excess T which saw palmetto extract and/or spearmint tea may help.  But a little bacne is pretty common so maybe there is nothing unusual there.

Hey joe! Do you know if this herb combo you recommended for me will affect my birth control? Obviously I want to get growth but I’m afraid it will disrupt the effectiveness of my BC... the nexplanon is 99% effective otherwise.

I’ve seen similar questions many times without a clear answer.  But I’ve never read about anyone’s birth control failing while on NBE herbs either.  And it seems theoretically unlikely/impossible, but I’m not 100% clear.

Too much PM may cause spotting but you already managed on 3 capsules for a bit so you should be fine.  If you do experience spotting, reduce or stop the PM.

Hi Joe, I started the herbal regimen you suggested but am feeling incredibly dizzy/nauseous after taking the pills. I’m 108 pounds so I don’t know if this amount is too much for me? I didn’t feel bad when I was only taking PM but I’m not sure if this is normal?

Possibly low blood sugar from shatavari or fenugreek in which case you would stop taking them entirely (and never restart).  Usually that happens to hypoglycemics.  Or possibly not that and instead an upset stomach from 1 or more of the herbs, which will take a bit of guesswork.  If so then you would take a break, then use much less until your stomach is used to it, then very gradually increase to the full amount.

Permanent lifestyle changes thats the best thing I've learned from practicing nbe. But there is a big but it takes years and years of persistence, for me as skinny minny at least it was so. But when you do that you can at least see what your real natural body looks like and embrace it perhaps. Some smuggling with herbs here and there generally produces one cupmate of growth,, and more if you do it very well according to avoiding bad things for nbe and adding good things for nbe. But only with loads of persistance like rocketmelon, she grew a lot.

I’m in the same boat and my goal size is very large. I want to get as big as possible, like H or J cup if that’s doable.

Keep in mind usually a cis female grows between 1 to 3 cup sizes per year. And it also depends what is your current size. It seems if you have meat (fat and breast tissue) you can expect growing a lot easier...

Except Rocketmelon, MissMadScientist, and BonitaDDs who grew a bit more than the rest of ppl here, you need to have a mid term goal and long term goal.

I was 81cm back in 2015 and nowadays I am 93cm. I grew 6cm in a year due to pumping and gaining weight mainly. The next 6 cm it's been a mix of this and that, and took almost four years.
